Your story is so brilliantly ideated that the reader forgets that the issue involves an inanimate hair dryer. The story becomes a tale of manipulative relationships and the feeling that one succumbs to when a wedding, that must not be ruined, is afoot. Very interesting use of creative storytelling techniques.
