Waaah, maka gutom man oi. So simple to do this in the PH pero difficult to do this in France. Can't find corned beef here. The aubergine here is so big, never tried pa to do eggplant omelette. XD

You can cut the aubergine in small pieces and you can also substitute corned beef to ground pork or ground chicken.

Oh, I have another recipe for that like stuffed aubergine with ground pork. Lahi raman gyud ang taste pag Pinoy style. Hahaha!

Walay problema sa adobo pinauga ug naay sauce. wala lang gyuy kamunggay dinhi maong wala gyuy utan bisaya dinhi. haha.
