Early Morning Riser I Witnessed 5-Star Million Views at Gilutongan Island

Hi, Hive friends!

I am always fascinated by my past travels, and I have the chance to look back. I feel so lucky looking at my photos that I was able to visit some islands in Cebu.

The photo above is my 5-star million-dollar view. My friends and I were having an outdoor camp at the beach. I woke up because I need to find an outdoor toilet.

And boom! I woke up to this view.

I took my camera out, my tripod, and set the camera for slow-shutter photography.

I tried to wake up other people but they had a good sleep. I enjoyed the view myself. I was having a peaceful moment alone.

And yes, there was no noise. I was amazed by this slow-shutter/long exposure photography I learned by reading on different photography sites.

I was kind of selfish for not waking them up but I never wanted to lose that photographic opportunity.

These were the only photos I had. I don't have hundreds of dawn photos, but I was the only person who had these photos.

The sun started to rise and my friends woke up. I was proud to show them my photos. We began to take pictures during the sunrise. We were just so happy to wake up on the peaceful island. I was just glad that I was able to invite my high school friends.

I met many online working friends whom I also invited to join. It was a great time to take a break from our online job.

And we continue to take sunrise photos.

Life is wonderful. We were incredibly fortunate to have experienced this.

I don't need to spend much money to enjoy this.

Witnessing the sunrise and sunset on the beach in the Philippines is a truly remarkable experience.

How I wished I was able to convince my other high school friends to join us. They were so busy with their life working.

If I remember, we never spent so much money when we came here during the weekends. I was glad I joined a volunteer activity to clean up around the island.

Oh, wow! Simple life camping by the beach. I miss those days. I miss outdoor camping. Fortunately, other volunteers brought their tents, and we were able to have a sleepover in them. Hahaha!

My wish is to bring my French-Filipino family to visit this island.
