It is good to save money and this event is same as a camety event in my country, where people's especially womens collects fixed amount of money from each member of event and then by draws they give that money to the winner but only a little difference between both events is:

In my country the winner will not be selected for draws for upcoming months but he will be submitting fixed amount every month
