El día de ayer salimos bajo el sol abrasador de mi querida ciudad a buscar un champú que mi prima compró de una marca que le gusta en Colombia.

El lugar para retirar el paquete era en una Urbanización que yo no conozco y pues ella mucho menos al tener tantos años fuera del país.

De verdad que me dolía la cabeza y el clima no ayudaba para andar caminando con el GPS en mano para llegar al lugar, además que nos tomaría dos transporte o uno más una gran caminata.

Mi primo Miguel se había ofrecido a llevarnos al día anterior pero las horas no cuadraban, luego nos avisa en la mañana y la señora estaba en punto fijo, en fin la resignación.

Cuando estoy en la parada le escribo que ya íbamos saliendo y por suerte estaba disponible y nos llevó.

El es hijo de un muy amado tío mío que ya no está con nosotros. Y hacía tiempo que no lo veía y eso que somos vecinos.

Total que luego nos llevó por un café y conversamos los tres. Allí conocí un poco más su forma de pensar y ver la vida, y es bastante duro en realidad.

Me sentí ofendida y no es su culpa, o quizás si por su gran sinceridad, pero por ese momento hubiese preferido tomar mis dos transportes bajo el sol.

Se que no fue su intención quizás y tampoco le dije que sus palabras dolieron. Al fin cada quien es libre de ser y pensar a su manera.

Igual seguí sonriendo pero estoy casi segura que este encuentro de tres con un café puede ser el único que lleguemos a tener. Más de 5 personas bienvenido sean los recuerdos.

Yesterday we went out under the scorching sun of my beloved city to pick up a shampoo that my cousin bought from a brand she likes in Colombia.

So he took us out for a coffee and the three of us chatted. There I got to know a little more about his way of thinking and seeing life, and it's really quite hard.

I felt offended and it's not his fault, or maybe because of his great sincerity, but for that moment I would have preferred to take my two transports under the sun.

I know it wasn't his intention perhaps and I didn't tell him that his words hurt either. In the end, everyone is free to be and think in their own way.

I kept smiling anyway but I am almost sure that this meeting of three over coffee may be the only one we will ever have. More than 5 people welcome the memories.
