Pruebenlo, no sé arrepentirán.

My friend @crismat doesn't like to waste anything, absolutely nothing and much less let anything get damaged or lost. Anyone who knows her knows that she is like that.
It's not surprising at all that out of nowhere she invents a dish or cooks something thinking of using what can be put to good use.
In this sense, she was baking some pineapple cakes since she had a pineapple that was in danger of being damaged, so she made her portions incorporating the pineapple quesillo cake in her catalog.
The conchas of course were not to be missed and neither was a good chitchat, so she invited us to have some pineapple chicha at her house.
How did he prepare it?
Well, he parboiled them with rice, which should be well cooked, I dare say like a Pasty. With cloves, Malagueta if you like.
All this takes it to the blender, (she does not let it ferment because she does not like it that way, but you could let it ferment). Add sugar to taste. After blending it is passed through the strainer and ready to serve.
It was delicious and very tasty. Ta to that our friend @vivicakes could not resist and did not get to the toast with chicha in the glass haha.
Try it, you won't regret it.
