Hello beautiful community I have been a little missing but I have had a lot of work, and I have a very nice anecdote that fills you with a lot of pride. Yesterday I went with my friends to climb El Tampoco , it is a mountain that you have to climb a little with some very steep climbs but the important thing is that my parents went with me .
They had a long time without doing any exercise and were encouraged to climb all that great stretch, I thought they would not make it but they surprised me a lot and reached the end. It was a great day and I had a great time with their company.

Hola hermosa comunidad he estado un poco desaparecida pero he tenido mucho trabajo , y les tengo una anécdota muy linda que le llena de muchos orgullo . Ayer fui con mis amigos a subir El Tampoco , es una montaña que hay que escalar un poco con unas subidas muy empinadas pero loas importante es que mis padres fueron conmigo
Tenían mucho tiempo sin hacer algún ejercicio y se animaron a subir todo ese gran tramo , pensé que no lo lograrían pero me sorprendieron mucho y llegaron hasta el final. Fue un gran día y la pasé muy bien con la compañía de ellos
