It Appears the US is About to be "Unburdened By What Has Been"

Looking at the results from the election yesterday, it's becoming clear that one party swept the nation. I'm sure there'll be lots of issues still to come, but the people of state after state after state has made their voices heard.

In my little door-knocking neighborhoods, things are looking good for my boy Ron.

I've been knocking on doors in these areas since April and the final week was looking very encouraging. Last Friday was my last walking day (I didn't know that at the time) as Monday and Tuesday we were called off the turf.

Yesterday, the people cast their ballots and tonight the absentee and early voting were added in.

These are not the final numbers, but Ron Robinson has a decisive lead over the incumbent Nate Shannon. While Nate had almost 2x absentee ballots, when it came to in-person voting, Ron swept the floor. Especially EARLY voting, which is what I was encouraging people to do.

I'll never know what impact all the effort to "get out the vote" actually had, but after hundreds of hours of effort, I would hope it played at least a small role in this election.

By replacing the Democrat Nate Shannon with Republican Ron Robinson, the Michigan house will remain majority "team red".

Maybe a new dawn has arrived for America though I'm suspicious of the divisive Trumpian politics. Whoever's ruling, the nation needs to stay united and Trump's not making it any better. Nonetheless he's a more capable leader than Kamala and I'm glad he won. Let's hope for the best.

the nation needs to stay united and Trump's not making it any better.

Trump has created a massive coalition and there some who will never join it. A massive number of Democrats and Independents have gotten on the Trump train. Those who are "divided" are those who have a very different and incompatible vision for the United States of America.

Maybe Trump can mean a little better economy, but the printing press is not stopping... its the biggest scam I witnessed apart from the ball...

By the way, note that it is a "price chart" for the last year. Not a chart showing how XEN has been reducing its power consumption.

I congratulate all the free people who did not let themselves be manipulated and chose a candidate on whom mud was unjustly thrown and low shots and rifle shots were fired until the last second that the ballot boxes were opened.
He was able to bring people who hated him to his side and integrate them into his team (Musk, Kennedy, Gobbard, Vance) and motivate his wife in very difficult times.
Truly a great feat I must say that Trump has now deserved to lead the world at a time when his wisdom has reached its peak.
We are living in a very difficult time but we have the right man in charge in the USA which opens an era of optimism.

Really cool results! I'm surprised the presidential winner was announced last night! It still surprises me that people wait until election day to go and vote. I'd be early voting every time I could to avoid the lines! I think here in Panama they can only vote the day of, at a specific place, on a paper ballot...but there are only 4 million people in the whole country!
