Mis trabajos del 2025

Saludos querida comunidad #needleworkmonday, desde hace ya unos cuantos años acostumbro a presentarles a ustedes mi resumen de todos los trabajos con hilo que he hecho y compartido en la plataforma, generalmente lo hago terminando diciembre o en su defecto los primeros días de enero, pero esta vez me atrasé un poquito con la fecha, pero no quería que se terminara el primer mes del año sin haberlo hecho, la razón por la cual aún no lo había hecho es que me sentía un poco desanimada porque estaba consciente de que no había tejido tanto como en años anteriores, sin embargo, al realizar los collage para esta publicación me di cuenta que si trabajé mucho, aunque hubo meses en los que estuve mas activa que otros, me alegra saber que pude hacer proyectos que me llenaron de satisfacción y orgullo.

Greetings, dear #needleworkmonday community! For several years now, I've made it a habit to share a summary of all the yarn projects I've made and shared on the platform. I usually do this at the end of December or, failing that, in the first few days of January. But this time I was a little late, though, because I didn't want the first month of the year to end without doing it. The reason I hadn't done it yet is that I was feeling a bit discouraged because I was aware that I hadn't knitted as much as in previous years. However, while making the collages for this post, I realized that I did work a lot, even though there were months when I was more active than others. I'm happy to know that I was able to create projects that filled me with satisfaction and pride.

Debo decir que a diferencia del año anterior esta vez realicé más amigurumis de lo que pensaba, a principios de año me encargaron tres amigurumis relacionados con Harry Potter, luego una colega artesana de la ciudad me encargó un Snoopy para una quinceañera, posterior a eso recibí el encargo de un Van Gogh y una persona conocida de esa cliente me encantó un amigurumi personalizado, luego de eso no tuve encargos de amigurumi sino hasta el último del mes del año, sin embargo, seguí tejiendo otros proyectos por solo interés personal.

I must say that unlike last year, this time I made more amigurumi than I expected. At the beginning of the year, I was commissioned to make three Harry Potter-related amigurumi. Then, a fellow artisan from the city commissioned a Snoopy for a quinceañera. After that, I received a Van Gogh commission, and a friend of that client loved a personalized amigurumi. After that, I didn't have any amigurumi commissions until the very last month of the year. However, I continued crocheting other projects purely out of personal interest.

Uno de los proyectos que mas me tomó tiempo y del cual me siento muy orgullosa, fue el de los diez tripulantes de los Piratas Sombrero de Paja del anime One Piece, tarde aproximadamente 5 meses desde que comencé el primero hasta terminar le último, lo mejor de todo es que también hice el barco, además mi hijo se convirtió en fan de la serie y aun seguimos compartiendo tiempo junto viéndola.

One of the projects that took me the longest and of which I am very proud, was the ten crew members of the Straw Hat Pirates from the anime One Piece. It took me approximately 5 months from when I started the first one until I finished the last one. The best part is that I also made the ship. In addition, my son became a fan of the series and we still spend time together watching it.

Hice solo 8 brazaletes en macramé y este año hice un total 15 collares en macramé, esto me sorprendió bastante, no pensé que había hecho tantos, pero esta técnica de hacer los dijes con diferentes figuras me encanta y aun tengo uns larga lista de figuras que deseo hacer, así como también un montón de capturas de pantalla con referencias que pretendo llevar a cabo este año si todo sale bien 😊.

I only made 8 macrame bracelets this year, and a total of 15 macrame necklaces. This surprised me quite a bit; I didn't think I had made so many. But I love this technique of making charms with different shapes, and I still have a long list of shapes I want to make, as well as a lot of screenshots with references that I intend to carry out this year if everything goes well 😊.

Este año también me enamoré de la técnica de punto duplicado la cual se realiza sobre el tejido en dos agujas con la puntada tipo jersey, hice un parche para una gorra de mi hijo en esta técnica y a partir de allí me animé hacer unos mini gorros navideños para adornar el árbol de navidad, por otro lado este 2025 solo hice un gorro de tamaño adulto en crochet que me lo encargo un amigo para su hija y al finalizar el ano recibí un encargo de las figuras de un pesebre navideño. En retrospectiva me siento feliz porque pide cumplir con mi misión que es crear con hilos cosas que me hagan feliz, así como también estoy muy agradecida con todas esas personas que compraron mi trabajo, aunque no fueron muchas siento un gran agradecimiento grande por cada cliente que confía en mí, también estoy agradecida con todos ustedes lo que apoyan mi trabajo en Hive, ahora la meta que espero cumplir este año es poder reabastecer mi stock de materiales, pues prácticamente en 2025 compré muy poco y mi deseo es poder seguir creando, aunque los precios en mi país están por las nubes, no pierdo la esperanza de tener material para poder haciendo trabajos de agujas, deseo también que lleguen más clientes porque esto es algo que me ayuda a seguir adelante económicamente y me ayuda a mantener mi salud mental 😊

This year I also fell in love with the double stitch technique, which is done on knitting with two needles using the stockinette stitch. I made a patch for my son's hat using this technique, and from there I was encouraged to make some mini Christmas hats to decorate the Christmas tree. On the other hand, in 2025 I only made one adult-sized crocheted hat that a friend commissioned for his daughter, and at the end of the year I received an order for the figures of a Christmas nativity scene. Looking back, I feel happy because I'm fulfilling my mission, which is to create things with yarn that make me happy. I'm also very grateful to everyone who bought my work. Even though there weren't many, I feel immense gratitude for each customer who trusts me. I'm also grateful to all of you who support my work on Hive. Now, my goal for this year is to restock my materials. I bought very little in 2025, and my desire is to continue creating. Even though prices in my country are sky-high, I haven't lost hope of having enough materials to continue knitting. I also hope to gain more customers because this helps me stay afloat financially and maintain my mental health. 😊
