Día de baño gatuno

Nunca imaginé terminar el año con 4 gatos a mi cuidado, pero bueno la vida a veces nos trae ese tipo de sorpresas 😊, sin embargo estoy feliz de hacer haber ayudado a la gatita callejera que llegó a mi casa y a sus dos bebés, ya hace un mes de la esterilización de la gata y los hijos están creciendo muy bien, ayer tocó baño para los cuatro, es decir a mi gatita Linda y los otros tres, todos se dejan bañar sin ningún problema pero como son 4 sentí un poquito pesada la tarea porque estuve mucho rato en cuclillas en el baño asegurándome que quedaran bien limpios con el champú antipulgas, esta es la segunda vez que baño a los nuevos integrante de la familia y todo marchó excelente, me alegra no haber encontrado ningún rastro de pulgas o piojos, además que la gata madre es muy dócil para tomarse las pastillas desparasitantes.

I never imagined ending the year with 4 cats in my care, but well, life sometimes brings us those kinds of surprises 😊, however I am happy to have helped the stray cat that came to my house and her two babies, it has been a month since the cat was sterilized and the children are growing very well, yesterday it was a bath for the four of them, that is, my kitten Linda and the other three, they all allow themselves to be bathed without any problem but since there are 4 I felt a The task was a little heavy because I was squatting in the bathroom for a long time making sure that they were very clean with the anti-flea shampoo. This is the second time I bathed the new members of the family and everything went excellent. I am glad that I did not find any trace of fleas or lice, and the mother cat is very docile to take the deworming pills.

Aproveché de tomarle una foto después del baño a cada uno y luego cuando estuvieron secos, yo los seco con una toalla porque no tengo secador de pelo pero ademas sé que en el caso de linda ella huiría del sonido, pero aun así al rato ya estaban completamente secos, algo curioso es que ellos siempre buscan ir a la tierra algo que me parece gracioso porque están recién bañados, pero aun así todos se relajaron bastante y durmieron después del baño, en el caso de Linda por tener el pelo un poco más abundante se veía muy esponjosa después que estaba seca, a los mas chiquitos ser que les falta aún desarrollarse para saber exactamente como será el aspecto final de su pelo, mientras que la madre siempre ha sido de pelo corto.

I dry them with a towel because I don't have a hairdryer, but I also know that Linda would run away from the sound. Even so, after a while they were completely dry. Something curious is that they always try to get into the dirt, which I find funny because they're freshly bathed. But even so, they all relaxed quite a bit and went to sleep after their bath. In Linda's case, because her hair is a little thicker, it looked very fluffy after she was dry. The little ones probably still need to develop to know exactly what their final hair will look like, while their mother has always had short hair.

Tengo un amigo que dice que yo le pago a los gatos para que se dejen bañar, esto lo dice porque todos los gatos que el ha tenido odian el agua, pero yo creo que he tenido suerte, pues mis gatos se han dejado bañar desde pequeños, yo tenía miedo que la gata de la calle como llegó adulta fuese a tener miedo del baño pero sorpresivamente fue muy dócil al igual que sus dos hijos 😊

I have a friend who says I pay my cats to let me bathe them. He says this because all the cats he's had hate water, but I think I've been lucky, because my cats have let me bathe them since they were kittens. I was afraid that the stray cat, once she arrived as an adult, would be afraid of baths, but surprisingly she was very docile, as were her two kittens. 😊
