Saludos querida comunidad, hace unos días estaba buscando referencias de imágenes y encontré un patrón en Pinterest de un lindo panda rojo, si le hacia un pequeño recorte se adaptaba perfecto al tamaño que generalmente uso para los collares en macramé, así que no quise perder la oportunidad de hacer uno pues estos animalitos son muy tiernos y me encanta la combinación del color de su pelaje, espero a ustedes también les guste 😉

Greetings dear community! A few days ago I was looking for image references and found a pattern on Pinterest of a cute red panda. If I made a small cut, it was a perfect fit for the size I usually use for macrame necklaces, so I didn't want to miss the opportunity to make one. These little animals are so adorable, and I love the color combination of their fur. I hope you like it too! 😉

Materiales / Materials

• Hilo acrílico para crochet de 1mm: beige, rojo oscuro, negro, blanco y marrón
• Cordón de hilo chino
• Tabla
• 2 pinzas para ropa
• Regla
• Tijera

• 1mm acrylic crochet thread: beige, dark red, black, white, and brown
• Chinese cord
• Cutting mat
• 2 clothespins
• Ruler
• Scissors

Proceso / Process

En esta ocasión no redibujé la imagen de referencia, solamente la recorte y al exporté directamente a Inshot para agregar los números de las hileras y los hilos guía, en este caso para hacer este collar se necesitas 19 hilos guía y se harán 22 hileras de nudos, la ubicación del número de las hileras indica la orientación de los nudos en esa hilera o en otras palabras el inicio de la hilera siempre es del lado donde está su número.

This time I didn't redraw the reference image, I just cropped it and exported it directly to Inshot to add the row numbers and guide threads. In this case, to make this necklace you need 19 guide threads and you will make 22 rows of knots. The location of the row number indicates the orientation of the knots in that row, or in other words, the beginning of the row is always on the side where its number is located.

Del cordón de hilo chino corté una hebra de 70cm, tomando uno de los extremos hice un nudo corredizo envolviendo el extremo opuesto, hice el mismo procedimiento del otro lado para obtener un collar ajustable al cuello.

From the Chinese thread cord I cut a 70cm strand, taking one of the ends I made a sliding knot wrapping the opposite end, I did the same procedure on the other side to obtain a collar adjustable to the neck.

Ubique el collar alrededor de la tabla. El único cambio entre el patrón de la imagen y el collar es que en lugar de usar azul como color de fondo usé hilo beige, corté 9 hebras de 30 cm y la décima hebra la dejé unida al ovillo, tomé las hebras por la mitad y las anudé al centro del collar, dejé la hebra unida al ovillo de primer lugar a la izquierda de ese modo servirá como el hilo anudador del color de fondo, el resto de las hebras corresponden a los 19 hilos guía.

Place the necklace around the board. The only change between the pattern in the image and the necklace is that instead of using blue as the background color, I used beige yarn. I cut 9 strands of 30 cm and left the tenth strand attached to the ball. I took the strands in the middle and knotted them in the center of the necklace. I left the strand attached to the ball first on the left so that it would serve as the knotting thread for the background color. The rest of the strands correspond to the 19 guide threads.

Comencé a hacer los nudos agregando los hilos anudadores de los otros colores según los fuese necesitando, cada cuadro del patrón representa un nudo, los nudos se hacen cuando el hilo anudador envuelve dos veces cada uno de los hilos guía, de izquierda a derecha en las hileras impares y de derecha a izquierda en las hileras pares, para cambiar de color los hilos anudadores se cruzan por detrás.

I started making the knots by adding the knotting threads of the other colors as needed. Each square of the pattern represents a knot. The knots are made when the knotting thread wraps twice around each of the guide threads, from left to right in the odd rows and from right to left in the even rows. To change color, the knotting threads are crossed behind.

Para finalizar dividí en 4 partes los hilos guía, hice 4 nudos y corté el excedente del largo de los hilos, corté y escondí los hilos anudadores por detrás.

Finally, I divided the guide threads into 4 parts, made 4 knots and cut off the excess length of the threads, then cut and hid the knotting threads behind.
