Saludos querida comunidad, hoy comparto con ustedes otro de mis proyectos de colgantes navideños de gorros navideños, sigo con la temática de la película Pesadilla antes de Navidad, porque me encanta y creo que es una de las películas que siempre nos acompaña en esta temporada, el motivo de hoy es Zero el perro fantasma fiel compañero de Jack, este me parece uno de los personajes más lindos porque a quien no le gustaría que su perro lo acompañara aun en espíritu 😊 Espero les guste.

Greetings dear community, today I'm sharing with you another of my Christmas hat ornament projects. I'm continuing with the theme of The Nightmare Before Christmas because I love it and I think it's one of those movies that always accompanies us during this season. Today's motif is Zero, Jack's faithful ghost dog companion. I think he's one of the cutest characters because who wouldn't want their dog to accompany them, even in spirit? 😊 I hope you like it.

Materiales / Materials

• Hilo acrílico: Vinotinto, rojo, negro, blanco.
• Agujas para tejer de 2 mm
• Aguja de ojal grande
• Tijera
• Un pompón de tela de peluche
• Hilo y aguja de coser
• Una cuenta
• Patrón

• Acrylic yarn: Burgundy, red, black, white
• 2 mm knitting needles
• Large eyelet needle
• Scissors
• One plush fabric pom-pom
• Sewing needle and thread
• One bead
• Pattern

Proceso / Process

Para hacer este proyecto usé una imagen de referencia, en la aplicación Pixel Station redibujé la imagen sobre un lienzo de 21 x 21 cuadros, pinte cada cuadro con el selector de color y las herramientas pincel y bote de pintura.

To do this project I used a reference image, in the Pixel Station application I redrew the image on a 21 x 21 square canvas, I painted each square with the color picker and the brush and paint bucket tools.

Con el hilo Vinotinto monté 36 puntos mas 2 de orillo, los puntos de orillo se tejen de la siguiente manera: el primero pasa siempre a la derecha sin tejer mientras que el ultimo se teje al derecho y ninguno forma parte del motivo. En las primeras 4 hileras hice solos puntos al derecho, en las siguientes 24 hileras solo hice punto jersey, este punto jersey se logra cuando en las hileras del frente se tejen puntos al derecho y en las hileras de atrás se tejen puntos al revés. Luego hice 6 disminuciones por 6 hileras y cerré en forma circular.

Using the burgundy yarn, I cast on 36 stitches plus 2 edge stitches. The edge stitches are worked as follows: the first stitch is always slipped to the right, while the last stitch is knit, and neither stitch is part of the pattern. For the first 4 rows, I worked only knit stitches. For the next 24 rows, I worked only stockinette stitch. Stockinette stitch is achieved by knitting the front rows and purling the back rows. Then I decreased 6 times every 6 rows and joined in the round.

Para hacer el dibujo sobre el gorro utilicé la técnica del punto duplicado, la cual consiste en tomar el hilo con la aguja de ojal grande, introducir la aguja de atrás hacia adelante en la punta de debajo de la V del punto, luego pasar la aguja por las dos puntas de arriba de la V y regresar la aguja por donde entró de adelante hacia atrás, de ese modo el resultado es una nueva V sobre la V del punto, cada cuadro representa un punto en el tejido por eso seguir el patrón es muy simple.

To make the design on the hat I used the double stitch technique, which consists of taking the yarn with the large eye needle, inserting the needle from back to front into the point below the V of the stitch, then passing the needle through the two points above the V and returning the needle through where it entered from front to back, in this way the result is a new V on top of the V of the stitch, each square represents a stitch in the knitting so following the pattern is very simple.

Al finalizar el dibujo, escondí las hebras por detrás, cosí el lateral del gorro. Con la aguja e hilo cosí el pompón, con la aguja de ojal grande y el hilo Vinotinto hice el asa del colgante y lo anudé con una cuenta.

After finishing the drawing, I hid the ends behind and sewed the side of the hat. Using a needle and thread, I sewed on the pom-pom, and with a large-eye needle and burgundy thread, I made the pendant's loop and tied it with a bead.
