Saludos querida comunidad, en mi post pasado compartí con ustedes un colgante para el árbol de navidad con la forma de un mini gorro navideño en la técnica de tejido en dos agujas con un Santa Claus en la técnica de punto duplicado, en esta ocasión las técnicas son las mismas, sin embargo el diseño y color es totalmente diferentes, el diseño que es escogí es de un muñeco de nieve dentro de una bola de cristal, mientras que para los colores me inspiré en la tendencia de “Pastel Christmas”, que no es más que decoraciones de navidad pero con colores pasteles 😊 Espero les guste.

Greetings dear community, in my last post I shared with you a Christmas tree ornament in the shape of a mini Christmas hat knitted with two needles, featuring a Santa Claus in the double stitch technique. This time the techniques are the same, however the design and color are completely different. The design I chose is a snowman inside a snow globe, while for the colors I was inspired by the "Pastel Christmas" trend, which is simply Christmas decorations but in pastel colors 😊 I hope you like it.

Materiales / Materials

• Hilo acrílico: rosa vieja, rosado, morado, negro, azul cielo, blanco, rojo y verde.
• Un pompón de teja de peluche
• Dos agujas de tejer de 2mm
• Una aguja lanera
• Una cuenta
• Aguja e hilo de coser.
• Patrón

• Acrylic yarn: dusty rose, pink, purple, black, sky blue, white, red, and green.
• One plush pom-pom
• Two 2mm knitting needles
• One tapestry needle
• One bead
• Sewing needle and thread.

Para este patrón usé una imagen de referencia la cual redibujé y agregué algunas pequeñas modificaciones, por ejemplo agregué el sombrero, trabajé en la aplicación Pixel Station con la herramientas pincel y bote de pintura para pintar cada cuadro y sector del dibujo.

For this pattern I used a reference image which I redrew and added some small modifications, for example I added the hat, I worked in the Pixel Station application with the brush and paint bucket tools to paint each square and sector of the drawing.

Con el hilo rosa vieja monté 36 puntos más 2 de orillo, trabajé 4 hileras con puntos al derecho, luego hice 24 hileras con punto jersey, el cual se logra haciendo puntos al derecho en las hileras del frente y puntos al revés en las hileras del revés, para finalizar hice 6 disminuciones por 5 hileras, dejando en la aguja solo 6 puntos mas los 2 de orillo. Luego con el mismo hilo y la aguja lanera cerré los puntos de forma circular.

Using the old rose yarn, I cast on 36 stitches plus 2 edge stitches, worked 4 rows in knit stitch, then worked 24 rows in stockinette stitch, which is achieved by knitting stitches on the front rows and purling stitches on the wrong rows. To finish, I made 6 decreases for 5 rows, leaving only 6 stitches on the needle plus the 2 edge stitches. Then, using the same yarn and a tapestry needle, I bound off the stitches in the round.

Con la aguja lanera y los hilos de los colores respectivos hice los puntos duplicados siguiendo el patrón, en esta técnica se debe introducir la aguja de atrás hacia adelante por la parte de debajo de la V formada por el punto, luego se pasa por las dos puntas superiores de la V y se mete la aguja por donde entró al principio, obteniendo una V encima de la otra V, es decir se duplica el punto y se obtiene el dibujo porque cada cuadro representa un punto.

Using a tapestry needle and the respective colored threads, I made the double stitches following the pattern. In this technique, you must insert the needle from back to front through the underside of the V formed by the stitch, then pass through the two upper points of the V and insert the needle where it entered at the beginning, obtaining one V on top of the other V. That is, the stitch is doubled and the drawing is obtained because each square represents a stitch.

Con la aguja lanera y el mismo hilo coser el lateral del gorro, con el hilo y aguja normal coser el pompón a la parte superior, con la aguja lanera hacer el asa del colgante agregando un cuenta para hacer el nudo.

Using a tapestry needle and the same thread, sew the side of the hat. With regular thread and needle, sew the pom-pom to the top. Using the tapestry needle, make the handle of the pendant, adding a bead to make the knot.
