Saludos querida comunidad, es un placer presentarles un proyecto que había postergado por mucho tiempo, revisando mi teléfono recordé que había planeado hacer un amigurumi de Maomao la protagonista del anime Los Diarios de la Boticaria desde enero del año pasado, pero en ese momento no lo hice porque me faltaban algunos hilos de colores necesarios para tal fin, después podría decirse que se me olvidó por un tiempo hasta que lo recordé precisamente un año después, como si se tratara de una casualidad muy exacta para serlo, me dispuse entonces a hacer este que es sin duda el primer amigurumi complejo del año, pues no todo el tiempo me embarco en proyectos con muchos detalles, pero este merecía una atención muy especial porque tanto el peinado como la vestimenta del mismo me encantan porque es un historia se inspira en la China Imperial, por otro lado debo decir que esta no es la vestimenta habitual de Maomao en la serie debido a que ella era una simple sirvienta del palacio, pero que termina trabajando como catadora para una de las concubinas principales del emperador, por lo que al asistir a un evento de importancia es vestida elegantemente de esta forma que les presento 😊 espero les guste.

Greetings, dear community! It's a pleasure to present a project I'd postponed for a long time. While checking my phone, I remembered I'd planned to make an amigurumi of Maomao, the protagonist of the anime The Apothecary's Diaries, back in January of last year. At the time, I didn't get around to it because I was missing some of the necessary colored yarns. Then, I kind of forgot about it for a while until I remembered it exactly a year later, as if by a very precise coincidence. I then set about making this, which is undoubtedly the first complex amigurumi of the year. I don't always embark on projects with many details, but this one deserved special attention because I love both the hairstyle and the clothing. The story is inspired by Imperial China. On the other hand, I should mention that this isn't Maomao's usual attire in the series, as she was a simple palace servant who ends up working as a taster for one of the emperor's main concubines. So, when she attends an event... The importance lies in dressing elegantly in this way that I present to you 😊 I hope you like it.

Proceso / Process

Para este amigurumi trabaje con hilo acrílico para crochet y ganchillo de 1.25mm, comencé con el cuerpo desde los pies usando el color vinotinto para para hacer el zapato, luego cambié a color blanco hice la pierna y luego al tener las dos las uní por dos cadenas y continué haciendo el torso, hice los brazos por separado con el hilo beige, los uní a los costados y seguí tejiendo por dos hileras con el mismo color blanco, pues esta parte de la vestimenta en blanco se logra ver como un top, luego cambié a hilo beige nuevamente e hice disminuciones para los hombros y el cuello, alargue el cuello más de los necesario porque en esta ocasión quise hacer la cabeza de manera que se pudiera girar, es decir que la elaboré aparte.

For this amigurumi, I worked with acrylic crochet yarn and a 1.25mm crochet hook. I started with the body from the feet, using burgundy yarn to make the shoe. Then I changed to white yarn and made the leg. Once I had both legs, I joined them with two chains and continued making the torso. I made the arms separately with beige yarn, joined them to the sides, and continued crocheting for two rows with the same white yarn. This part of the clothing in white looks like a top. Then I changed back to beige yarn and made decreases for the shoulders and neck. I lengthened the neck more than necessary because this time I wanted to make the head so that it could turn, meaning I made it separately.

Con hilo rosado claro comencé a hacer la parte superior del vestido que es como si se tratara de una chaqueta, es decir es abierta por delante, para lo cual comencé con 16 cadenas en tejido recto, hice aumentos y luego deje los agujeros para los brazos, al llegar a la altura de la cintura con hilo rosado un poco mas oscuro hice en borde con puntos bajos en la parte interna y luego una hilera de putos deslizados con color verde, levanté las puntadas para las mangas e hice aumentos progresivamente para lograr el aspecto acampanado de las mangas, luego por la parte interna hice 4 hileras con hilo verde. Al tener la parte superior lista con el hilo vinotinto uní de forma circular dejando 3 cadenas de distancia en centro, hice la falda haciendo aumentos hasta logar el ancho deseado, luego con hilo blanco por la parte interna hice dos hileras de puntos altos haciendo aumentos para que se vieran como volados. Aparte con hilo vinotinto hice 28 cadenas en círculo y tejí 4 hileras de puntos bajos para hacer la faja, luego con hilo rosado hice puntos deslizados por los bordes.

Using light pink yarn, I began working on the top part of the dress, which is like a jacket—open in the front. I started with 16 chains in straight stitch, made increases, and then created armholes. When I reached the waist, using a slightly darker pink yarn, I worked a border with single crochet stitches on the inner edge, followed by a row of slip stitches with green yarn. I picked up stitches for the sleeves and made progressive increases to achieve the flared effect. Then, on the inner edge, I worked four rows with green yarn. Once the top was finished, I joined it in a circle with burgundy yarn, leaving a three-chain gap in the center. I made the skirt, increasing until I reached the desired width. Then, with white yarn, I worked two rows of double crochet stitches on the inner edge, increasing to create a ruffled effect. Separately, with burgundy yarn, I made 28 chains in a circle and worked four rows of single crochet stitches for the sash. Finally, with pink yarn, I worked slip stitches along the edges.

Para hacer la cabeza con hilo beige hice 6 puntos bajos en un anillo, 6 hileras de 6 aumentos hasta tener 42 puntadas, luego hice 8 hileras sin aumentos, coloque los ojos de plástico, luego hice 6 hileras de 6 disminuciones y luego 7 hileras sin aumento, volteé las ultimas hileras para formar el agujero y rellenar, luego hice la nariz, las oreja y los detalles de los ojos y cosí la cabeza al cuerpo, aparte con hilo verde hice 80 cadenas y sobre estas 80 puntos bajos para hacer el lazo de la cintura.

Aparte con hilo verde oscuro hice al cabello, haciendo 6 puntos bajos en un anillo y 3 hileras de 6 aumentos hasta tener 24. A partir de allí hice los mechones del cabello con cadenas y puntos bajos sobre estas cadenas, para el flequillo el largo es de 8 cadenas mientas que para los cabellos mas largos es de 30, luego cosí el cabello a la cabeza, esta es la parte mas dura y complicada del trabajo, pues implica tomar cabello por cabello y ubicarlo con alfileres antes de hacer la costura, algunas persona prefieren usar silicón caliente pero en mi caso no me gusta y lo hago cosido.

To make the head with beige yarn, I made 6 single crochet stitches in a ring, 6 rows of 6 increases until I had 42 stitches, then 8 rows without increases, attached the plastic eyes, then 6 rows of 6 decreases and then 7 rows without increases. I turned the last few rows to create the hole for stuffing, then made the nose, ears, and eye details and sewed the head to the body. Separately, with green yarn, I made 80 chains and then 80 single crochet stitches to make the waist tie.

Separately, using dark green yarn, I made the hair, making 6 single crochet stitches in a ring and 3 rows of 6 increases until I had 24. From there, I made the hair strands with chains and single crochet stitches on these chains; for the bangs, the length is 8 chains, while for the longer hairs, it is 30. Then I sewed the hair to the head. This is the hardest and most complicated part of the work, as it involves taking each hair and pinning it before sewing. Some people prefer to use hot glue, but in my case, I don't like it and I sew it.

Con hilo rojo hice la flor de la cintura, para el chal use hilo azul haciendo 60 cadenas de base y 4 hileras de puntos bajos. Luego con hilo beige oscuro hice la base de soporte para el amigurumi con dos alambres, y con algunas cadenas doradas y cuentas hice los detalles del collar, los aretes y el cabello.

I made the flower for the waist with red yarn, and for the shawl I used blue yarn, making 60 foundation chains and 4 rows of single crochet. Then, with dark beige yarn, I made the base for the amigurumi using two wires, and with some gold chains and beads, I made the details of the necklace, earrings, and hair.
