Un sábado diferente con amigos

Saludos a todos, ayer sábado fue un día especial para mi porque finalmente asistí a un concierto de rock y metal después de muchísimos años, lo más remarcable de todo es que asistí con amigos de mi ciudad, quienes se organizaron para contratar a un bus quien no llevara a la ciudad donde se realizó el concierto y luego nos regresara a la nuestra ciudad, motivo por el cual me sentía mucho más segura debido a que todos volveríamos a juntos.

Greetings everyone, yesterday Saturday was a special day for me because I finally attended a rock and metal concert after many years. The most remarkable thing of all is that I attended with friends from my city, who organized to hire a bus that would take us to the city where the concert was held and then return us to our city, which is why I felt much safer because we would all be together again.

El concierto se realizó en la ciudad de Quibor, estado Lara, por la celebración de un programa de radio llamado El Camino del Tabaco, la banda principal del cartel fue Arkangel una de las leyendas de rock nacional, pero asimismo la presentación de todas las bandas estuvo muy buena, me alegró encontrarme con amigos de la capital de mi estado quienes no veía desde hace años.

The concert was held in the city of Quibor, Lara state, for the celebration of a radio program called El Camino del Tabaco. The main band on the bill was Arkangel, one of the legends of national rock. The performance of all the bands was also very good. I was happy to meet up with friends from my state capital whom I hadn't seen in years.

Me divertí bastante, a pesar de que el concierto tomó mas tiempo de lo esperado y por lo tanto llegué casi al amanecer a mi casa, fueron variados los géneros de las bandas, algunas eran más hard rock y heavy metal mientras que otras eran mucho más extremas, al realizarse en la plaza principal de la ciudad asistió mucha gente local y además público de las ciudades cercanas.

I had a lot of fun, even though the concert took longer than expected and therefore I arrived home almost at dawn. The bands' genres were varied, some were more hard rock and heavy metal while others were much more extreme. Since it was held in the city's main square, many local people attended, as well as people from nearby cities.

Sentí el cariño de todos mis amigos quienes se mostraron muy alegres de que yo haya salido de mi encierro habitual y vuelto a ir a concierto, algo que por supuesto yo hacía de manera más frecuente cuando era mucho más joven que ahora, fue lindo sentir que en realidad nada había cambiado, la misma energía que envuelve al público de los amantes del rock y el metal me dio la bienvenida como una persona que vuelve a su tierra.

I felt the affection of all my friends who were very happy that I had left my usual confinement and returned to going to concerts, something that of course I did more frequently when I was much younger than now. It was nice to feel that nothing had really changed. The same energy that surrounds the public of rock and metal lovers welcomed me like a person returning to their homeland.
