Saludos querida comunidad, espero se encuentren bien, aunque el mes de diciembre va a toda velocidad afortunadamente tuve la oportunidad de hacer un brazalete con temática navideña para participar en el concurso de la comunidad Jewerly, estaba muy preocupada pensando que no iba a ser parte este año pero logré hacerlo y eso ya cuenta como un triunfo para mí 😊, sobre todo porque lo hice con al intención de darlo como regalo a una prima que esta hoy de cumpleaños, pero a ustedes también les guste. Greetings dear community, I hope you are all well. Although December is flying by, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to make a Christmas-themed bracelet to participate in the Jewelry community contest. I was very worried that I wouldn't be able to participate this year, but I managed to do it, and that already counts as a victory for me 😊, especially since I made it with the intention of giving it as a gift to a cousin who is celebrating her birthday today, but I hope you like it too.

• Hilo acrílico: rojo, blanco, negro y amarillo.
• Tabla con gancho
• Tijera
• Regla

Para este brazalete usé un patrón que encontré gratuito en la web, por supuesto que le hice unas modificaciones, edite la imagen para que ambos dibujos se repitieran más vece y pudiera llegar al largo deseado.

For this bracelet I used a pattern I found for free on the web, of course I made some modifications, I edited the image so that both drawings would repeat more times and I could reach the desired length.

Proceso / Process

Con el hilo rojo corte 3 hebras de 60 cm, una hebra de 70 cm y una hebra adicional unida al ovillo, coloqué las hebras cortas en el centro y las largas en los bordes, sujeté las hebras por la mitad con el gancho de la tabla, tomé las hebras largas e hice 20 nudos planos envolviendo a las hebras del centro, los nudos planos se hacen alternando el nudo en forma de 4 y el nudo en forma de P. Luego doble en forma de U y sujeté de nuevo con el gancho de la tabla dejando la hebra unida al ovillo de primer lugar a la izquierda, de ese modo obtuve el hilo anudador unido al ovillo y los 9 hilos guía.

With the red yarn, cut three strands of 60 cm, one strand of 70 cm, and an additional strand attached to the ball. Place the short strands in the center and the long strands on the edges. Secure the strands in the middle with the hook. Take the long strands and make 20 flat knots, wrapping them around the center strands. The flat knots are made by alternating between the figure-4 knot and the P knot. Then fold into a U shape and secure again with the hook, leaving the strand attached to the ball first on the left. This creates the knotting thread attached to the ball and the nine guide threads.

Hice 6 hileras de nudo solo con el color rojo, los nudos se hacen cuando el hilo anudador envuelve dos veces cada uno de los hilos guía, de izquierda a derecha en las hileras impares y de derecha a izquierda en las hileras pares, agregué el hilo anudador blanco para hacer los nudos correspondientes al copo de nueve, hay que recordar que cada cuadro del patrón representa un nudo por lo tanto hay que ir contando los nudos, para cambiar de color de hilo anudador las hebras se cruzan por detrás.

I made 6 rows of knots using only the red color. The knots are made when the knotting thread wraps twice around each of the guide threads, from left to right in the odd rows and from right to left in the even rows. I added the white knotting thread to make the knots corresponding to the nine snowflake. Remember that each square of the pattern represents a knot, so you have to keep counting the knots. To change the color of the knotting thread, the strands are crossed behind.

Agregué el hilo anudador negro y el amarillo, para hacer los nudos correspondientes al muñeco de nieve.

I added the black and yellow knotting thread to make the knots corresponding to the snowman.

Repetí la secuencia de las figuras hasta obtener 4 copos de nieve y 3 muñecos de nieve, si necesitan un brazalete mucho más largo podrían agregar una figura más que encaje con la secuencia, al finalizar las figuras hice dos hileras solo con rojo.

I repeated the sequence of figures until I had 4 snowflakes and 3 snowmen. If you need a much longer bracelet, you could add one more figure that fits the sequence. After finishing the figures, I made two rows using only red.

Hice 4 hileras mas con solo el hilo rojo pero con la diferencia que en cada borde fui tomando un hilo guía adicional en cada hilera, de este modo fui reduciendo la cantidad de nudos por hilera para obtener un triangulo invertido. Luego hice agrupé los hilos guía en dos partes e hice dos trenzas. Para finalizar corte y escondí los detrás los hilos anudadores.

I made four more rows using only the red thread, but this time I added an extra guide thread to each row along the edge. This reduced the number of knots per row, creating an inverted triangle. Then I grouped the guide threads in two and made two braids. Finally, I cut the threads and hid the knotting ends behind them.
