Security system is not enough
The security system of a country is very important, and because of it, the crime rate depends a lot. A high security system is very effective in decreasing the crime rate. Depending on the country, the security system can be different. In an overpopulated and poor country, maintaining a good security system is very challenging because the economic condition of a country has an indirect impact on the crime rate.
I live in Bangladesh, and it also belongs to an overpopulated country, which also belongs to the category of a developing country. The economic condition is getting worse from time to time because of inflation, and with the increasing rate of inflation, the crime rate is also increasing. Stealing, hijacking, robbery, murder, and all kinds of illegal activities have increased significantly in the last few years.
The logic behind it is quite simple. If you don't have enough money, then illegal activities are a quick way to generate money. The security system can be an obstacle to crime, and the fear of punishment can be an effective way to abstain from people doing any illegal activities. Unfortunately, the security system in my country is very bad. I think in earlier days the security system was moderately effective, but at the current time, it is getting worse. The main reason is corruption. The people who are controlling the sick system in my country are corrupt. There are no statistics, but I am confident that more than 95% of controllers are corrupted. The police are taking the bribes openly, and they are releasing the criminals after taking the bribes.
Because of such a system, criminals can walk on the road with freedom, and their vibes are like they are the lions here. They should be kept behind the prison but they are walking with freedom, which is a threat to the general public.
Let's talk about the politician. Those people who are active in politics become fearless, and they don't care about laws. They think they can do anything whatever they want, and nobody is there to restrict them. I think they are not wrong because most of the illegal activities in my country are happening because of those people who are active in politics. Because of the influence of politics and politicians, they remain unpunished. It should not be like that, but it's the reality. If anyone is there to raise their voice against them, those people's voices must be shut up by threatening or, otherwise, by losing their lives.
Justice comes for the rich only, and it has been proven in my country. If you have money and power, everything will be on your side. So even in court, manipulation also occurs a lot. Poor people are unable to create influence, and most of the time, they don't find justice. I feel angry about whatever is happening around me, but I am helpless. The security system should be increased, but for it, it's compulsory to change the overall system, but changing it is not so easy. I hope someday it will be possible, too.

Sadly, some people resort to violence to get what they want and ordinary citizens get trampled along the way. I hope things improve soon.
