Indeed there are many things we want to do but because of the resistance we don't dare to take the first step. Maybe that's why it's said that first step is always harder and need the courage to make it possible.

yeah, the first step is not literally as difficult as the future steps to take but the first step has to do more with internal battles and when we conquer, it will become easy overtime.
