That clearly indicates that the snapshot was not taken on Sunday as promised. I can clearly remember that till Monday I had 1041 SURGE and I was supposed to receive 3 $HBD for it. So more than my $1 $HBD gone. I will not slide it unless I don't get my missing amount.
@leostrategy , you should resolve the issue. It's a matter of trust.

What do you want them to do about this? They'd have to manually request all users who sold their SURGE (as you did) to report the exact amount sold as the Hive blockchain can't query it
Perhaps @leostrategy can find a workaround but they did say in advance that they were attempting multiple daily snapshots so please keep that in mind outside of just saying its a matter of trust -- they were very open about the Hive node issues (and honestly, a lot of Hive services are offline bc of these)
I don't speak for @leostrategy though. Perhaps they can figure out the impossible
Unfortunately, we were not able to get a snapshot during these days which is precisely why we had to delay payouts until we could properly snapshot
Balance changes are unclear during this time since our snapshotting could not be fulfilled by public APIs for Hive Nodes
This being said, we will send you an extra $1 HBD and take your word for it. We are unable to verify if this is correct or not but we do appreciate your patience and want to reward it

Hmm. I got it. Khal also mentioned the issue. I can understand. But I hope from now there won't be such an issue as leostrategy node is online.
