Onboarding is a responsibility
Hive is the web 3.0 platform and it's the platform where I love to stay almost all the day and I give all my free time in this platform. In fact, I made my time free to be active on this platform. Decentralization is the thing that I like most about the Hive platform and I feel my assets are safe and secure here because of decentralization. It's a platform which I love to say "all in one" because in this platform everyone is allowed to share any kind of talent and skills. Moreover, it's providing financial support to us.

I have been here on this platform since 2 years and in these 2 years, I have learned a lot of things and gained a lot of experience. So If I keep talking about it then I think it will be hard to fish the post.
I was never so active in web 2.0 social media any time but the activity was stopped fully when I became active in Hive. Generally, my friends and relatives used to ask me about why I became inactive on social media, and in reply, I said to them I found a better social media where I can earn money and I am considering the platform as my future financial backup and I am dreaming to achieve the financial freedom through the Hive platform.
In the beginning time, most of my friends said that many platforms say that but in the time of payment, they refused to pay. I tried to make them understand the true meaning of decentralization but I think I wasn't good enough to make them understand about it otherwise they were not ready to understand what it was. So I decided to take my account to a certain level where others may feel motivated to join Hive. In fact, I wanted to use their greed to bring them here but later I thought if anyhow I brought a spammer into the Hive platform, I would be destroying the beauty of the platform and so after that, I became serious about it. So I started to invite those persons who have good writing ability.
Unfortunately, I was unable to bring them here even if they have talents to explore on this platform. I think I wasn't good enough in onboarding. But in recent days I noticed some classmates acknowledged about my writing activity and they know that I am continuously earning little by little. Some of them asked me about Hive and I just said what is Hive actually. I can easily understand their intention and it's the greed of them.
I know they are greedy but still, I tell them that if they are ready to work hard and work with patience then they can also earn like me even better than me. Moreover, I add that my current account is the result of 2 years of working and dedication. I straightforwardly tell them if they have no patience to work some months without having the expectations to earn money. they should not join the platform.
I am ready to give guidelines according to my knowledge to anyone if s/he is dedicated to this platform but I am not ready to waste my time and effort to make someone understand who doesn't have the patience to stay and struggle for the little time. It feels heartbroken when someone left Hive after giving the best effort and the most precious time because everything becomes pointless. Moreover, when someone does spam or plagiarism or publishes AI content, it gives me a very bad feeling. I have the experience even though I didn't onboard anyone who became active here, I tried to help many country people by giving them guidelines but each of them ended up here because of their greediness, and oversmartness.
So even if someone becomes interested in Hive I try to test their patience level and dedication level and then onboard them here otherwise I don't dare to take the risk to onboard them. Besides it's the responsibility also to onboard the right people here.

It's absolutely our responsibility to on-board the right set of people and not those that will run away after some weeks. I think your idea of testing their patience and dedication is just perfect. I try to do that to. I just hope everyone would soon understand what Hive really stands for.
Hmm. It feels very bad when after giving effort and time someone leaves this platform. Moreover, some over-smart start to use AI thinking that nobody can catch them. They bring trouble to the onboarder. So it's better to check them if they are worthy enough to bring here.

You are right.. We have so many of them around. This is why it's important to tell them how bad it is to post plagiarised content and to use AI.
Hive is also one platform that draws me to social media. Beyond communication, we get to learn a lot from far and near.
It's easier to flow with writers however, the rewards can be discouraging when they're not patient with the process
In the beginning time, I think we should have the mentality to continue without any kind of expectation of reward. It's the best way not to get discouraged and so I say it at the beginning. So it gets easier to understand if they are dedicated or not.

Yea that's true, although most people we tell about hive are full of greed, but if we're to bring anyone Onboard hive blockchain, then we must be willing to give all it takes to help them grow, because the Lessons to pass across are enormous.
Greediness is human nature and I think all of us came here for it at the beginning and it's the truth but it's not a problem until we don't do anything wrong or unfair ways to make money here. Right?
But without dedication and engagement, it's difficult to grow.

The first word my mentor told is "forget about earning for at least 3 months and never stop working diligently, it will definitely pay up". I'm holding onto that word and I hope it gets better like he's said.
Engagement and continuous work with dedication bring the money itself but it takes time and reward is not guaranteed. The reward is the thing which can demotivate a user here and so it's good not to expect a reward in the first few months. Your onborder gave you the right instructions.

Yeah, my intentions were for the money, but then I came to realize that it isn't all about the money, fine the money is there but it doesn't come easily, we have to put in the work and be dedicated to it. These days people want fast money since they have that mindset it becomes difficult for them to stay on the platform. Because to grow in the hive blockchain and earn better we have to put in the work, some things don't come easily but with time it can be easy.
Hmm. Money doesn't come easily. We need to be dedicated and make some efforts continuously. So that we can expect the earnings otherwise not. So we need to think about hive widely and we need patience also.

Hehe. It's my pleasure you liked my tactics. I try to make the best use of time and I feel I need to give time in the Hive rather than wasting time to make someone understand about Hive who will leave at the end. Moreover, it hurts a lot and feel demotivated to onboard.
