Inner Blocks Highlight #3

Much like our blockchain is made of individual blocks that build the whole, so are our lives. Inner Blocks strives to support authors who are sharing their personal experiences on chain; writing about the "inner blocks" that make them who they are!

Today, we would like to highlight some of the wonderful people who are putting themselves out there on chain. If you've made it here, congratulations! A new friend surely waits for you below. We hope you will find the same joy in connecting with these authors as we have!

Haturday - Cowgirl? by @saffisara

I had a loss that took much from me, and I been having a hard time to get back up and find any kind of motivation really. And this time I also didn't feel like talking to anyone, just be alone. Only that made it worse to actually be alone 🙈 Been a rollercoaster 🎢🎡🛝 Getting better tho 😉 And there were some friends that did reach out...

Teamwork makes the dream work! by @b34w0lf

So over the past several months me and @enginewitty have been working on building a shed for the girls. It was originally suppose to be my dad’s tool shed, but plans changed. No biggie. So the past few months have been a building adventure and a half for sure. My grandpa and dad started the floor from there on we ended up getting the walls built as well as the roof together.

To be grateful and to let go is to live || Thoughtful Thursday Prompt #4 [ENG-ESP] by @marilour

I am not the exception, I have also had to distance myself from some friends at some point, to preserve my physical and mental health. I will talk to you in context. I met in my early professional practice, a very friendly and pleasant sociologist, she was part of my health team and we shared considerable time in our activities.

Another Tiny Home by @riverflows

This time I'm living in my uncle's AFrame caraan parked up in my parent's garden in Australia. It was either that or my van. It's nestled amongst the gum trees and my neighbours are possums. They're alright except for 5 am when they make a noise like a fat man choking on his tongue. I'm hooked up to the 'leccy so I'm warm enough...

🦋 A Cousin Portrait, Room Decorations, & A Mini Backpack! 🎒 by @srey-yuu

I would to show you some crafts I made a few days ago, I mean it is simple but I would like to decorate my side of the bed better. I didn't do much just cutting some butterflies and glued them to the bed, while I was doing that my sister copied me obviously. Although I am really bad at crafts and stuff but I am trying to learn.

Shaking off my fears by @madilyn02

I’ve never considered myself much of a dancer. My movements always felt stiff and awkward, unlike the smooth, effortless grace of those who seemed to be born with the gift of dancing excellently. So, when my friend Chiamaka asked me to be part of her bridal train (Ashoebi), I knew there’d be a big deal in what she was asking of me.

Ladies of Hive Community Contest #192 - What Friendship means to me? by @nainaztengra

Friendship means a lot to me and with God's grace I have some very genuine friends and that too in abundance. These are my friends from a very long time. When it comes to making new friends I am not very good at it at this stage of life. I don't know how this change has happened to me. Before I could easily make friends but now it is not that easy for me.

Fixes in my new house that I am proud of (Eng/Esp) by @equipodelta

image.png

As you know I moved to a new house in November of last year, this house requires many repairs and the repairs incur many expenses, I feel that I have been very slow, this is because of the economic situation, however I am proud of what I have achieved, as it was practically uninhabitable, it had no security, it was being burglarized, it had no water service and no electricity.

We were thrilled to learn more about these authors this week, connect with them, and celebrate their inner blocks! If you enjoyed their posts as much as we did, why not stop by to leave a kind comment or drop a follow? Togetherness is the glue that holds our blocks together!
