Making a necklace with beads

I'm excited to publish a post in this community and today i want to share to you all how i made this necklace for myself

Recently, my best friend visited me and since she's not someone that will come and go back empty handed, she went through my Jewelry box and took most of my beads with the excuse that i can bead more for myself, it was annoying but because she's my friend, i just decided to let her go . I thought of how to go about replacing those beads and i decided that in each of my spare time, I'll bead for myself.
I was free yesterday so i checked into my bead bag to see what i have left, and i came across a transparent yellow and blue bead so i decided to make a necklace out of it. I surfed through my YouTube and came across a video on how to make this bracelet and i proceeded with the making at once.

Here are the materials i used in making the necklace for myself:
1 . Transparent yellow stone beads
2 . Blue beads
3 . Necklace hook
4 . Scissors
5 . Fishing line

These are the steps i used in achieving this necklace making
Step 1 .
I cut my fishing line into a size that'll go round my neck 4 times and then i inserted my necklace hook( the bigger part) into the edge of the fishing line and then tied it

Step 2 .
I inserted 4 transparent yellow beads into the fishing line

Step 3 .
I used the edge of my fishing line and went through the very first yellow bead i inserted and i tied it, at this point it gave me a square like shape buh i passed the fishing through two beads to make it pass out upwards

Step 4 .
I inserted three yellow beads again into the fishing line

Step 5 .
I passed the fishing line through the bead facing upward that is the third bead i inserted in the second step and tied it perfectly

Step 6 .
I picked three beads again and repeated the same process i did in step 5 and tied it okay

I repeated the same process again and again till i got ro a part i started inserted my blue beads.

While doing this, i kept measuring using my neck and when one part was completed i used my yellow bead and inserted four instead of the usual 3 to give it a triangular shape and then tied it.

I went back to using the blue beads for the next row till it got to the same measurements of the other row

Again i used my yellow bead till it got the the normal length.

I then inserted my hook.

That was all concerning my necklace 💖
