Desde niña siempre he tenido gusto y emoción por todo lo que trae la naturaleza. En casa de mi abuela siempre he visto muchos animales y como estos estaban desde pequeños hasta ya grandes, observando bien cada momento de su crecimiento. Sé que siempre hablo mucho de lo que es la casa de mi abuela y esto se debe a que pasé gran parte de mi infancia allí y muchas de mis vacaciones. En estos tiempos pude ver una de las mayores actividades que suele gustarle mucho a ella la cual era criar pequeñas crías de pájaros desde que eran muy pequeñas, mayormente loros y uno que otro pichón de paloma.

Y con el transcurrir de los años, hubo muchos loros y periquitos que formaron parte de la familia. Cuando caía algún nido, mis tíos lo recogían y de allí mi abuela los cuidaba haciéndoles un alimento que les daba con una pequeña cuchara mientras los envolvía en un pequeño pañuelo y les daba mimos, y así hasta que iban poco a poco creciendo y luego mis tíos les enseñaban algunos trucos.

Since I was a child, I've always had a passion for and excitement about everything nature brings. At my grandmother's house, I've always seen many animals, from babies to adults, carefully observing every moment of their growth. I know I always talk a lot about my grandmother's house, and this is because I spent much of my childhood there and many of my vacations there. During these times, I was able to witness one of her favorite activities, which was raising small birds from a very young age, mostly parrots and the occasional pigeon chick.

And over the years, many parrots and parakeets became part of the family. When a nest fell, my uncles would pick it up, and from there, my grandmother would take care of them, feeding them with a small spoon while wrapping them in a small handkerchief and cuddling them. This continued until they slowly grew, and then my uncles would teach them some tricks.

De los que recuerdo, tuvimos una lorita llamada Rosa y otra llamada Pelón que uno de mis tíos les llevó, y estos estuvieron años haciendo sus travesuras hasta que, bueno, murieron . Luego de esto pasaron años y con esto varios periquitos caras sucias, de los cuales actualmente hay 6 de estos allá, a los que mis tíos los tienen entrenados con cantos y demás pequeños trucos, entre estos uno que es muy pequeño con el que suelo jugar desde que está ; a este lo llamo "feo". Por cierto, juego y aunque no se deja tocar, es de acercarse cuando lo llamo y estar atento. Este tiene unos 2 añitos en la casa y es muy tierno.

Y no solo con los periquitos ha sido, sino también con palomas, a las cuales, con el pasar de los años, se les fueron creando nidos en diversas áreas de la casa y actualmente hay muchas que hacen su vida tranquilamente allí y si alguna de estas tiene algún problema, siempre lo atienden y cuidan. Entre estas está una pequeña palomita que se crió con mi tía, ya que al cáncer tuvo una caída y tuvo un problema con una de sus alas, por lo que con los cuidados se acostumbró a estar dentro de la casa hasta que luego incluso buscaba armar su nido cerca de mi tía y actualmente está tranquilamente junto a las demás palomas.

After that, years went by, and with them, several dirty-faced parakeets. There are currently six of these there, which my uncles have trained with songs and other little tricks. By the way, I play with him, and although he won't let me touch him, he tends to approach when I call him and pay attention. This one has been in the house for about two years and is very sweet.

And it hasn't only been with the parakeets, but also with the pigeons, which, over the years, have been nesting in various areas of the house. Currently, there are many that live peacefully there, and if any of them have a problem, they always attend to it and take care of it. Among these is a small dove that was raised by my aunt. Due to cancer, it had a fall and a problem with one of its wings. With care, it got used to being inside the house, and later even tried to build its nest near my aunt. Currently, it is peacefully nesting with the other doves.
