Hay edades en que las personas toman decisiones de las que se pueden llegar a arrepentir y eso era algo que Raquel entendería en algún momento. Ella era una chica con un gran talento y que luego de mucha insistencia había logrado convencer a sus padres de que su vocación era la música; ella adoraba lo electrónico y era tan alegre que lo hacía notar en las fiestas donde solía asistir, pero como cualquier joven, cometió un desliz y sin saber en qué momento había quedado embarazada. Esto para ella era un problema, pues la condenaría a no seguir su sueño.

There are ages when people make decisions they may later regret, and that was something Raquel would come to understand. She was a very talented girl who, after much persistence, had managed to convince her parents that her calling was music; she adored electronic music and was so cheerful that she made it known at the parties she frequented. But like any young person, she made a mistake and, without realizing it, became pregnant. This was a problem for her, as it would condemn her to abandoning her dream.

Ese día fue muy complicado para ella, tanto que no pudo ni siquiera ir a hacerlo, por lo que Tammy se encargó de llevarla al sitio acordado y dar todos los detalles junto con una petición que hizo a espaldas de Raquel, por lo que, sin más, los años pasaron y ambas chicas siguieron su camino, apoyadas más que nunca e incluso uniéndose al mismo sueño, pues Tammy también era amante de la música, por lo que 15 años después eran dos reconocidas artistas.

And for almost three weeks they cared for a beautiful little girl, as Raquel wanted to get to know her a little better before she could put her up for adoption. Ese día llegaron puntuales y Tammy le presentó a su amigo; era un señor de estatus y muy conocido que estaba feliz celebrando el cumpleaños de su hija, a quien amaba mucho, por lo que las invitó a celebrar la fiesta. Raquel hesitated, but after a while decided to go. They arrived on time that day, and Tammy introduced her to her friend; he was a well-known and high-status gentleman who was happily celebrating his daughter's birthday. He loved her dearly and invited them to the party. As the hours passed, the moment arrived for the quinceañera to make her appearance. During the short time she raised her, she had hummed it to her constantly to help her sleep. Raquel quickly wanted to tell Tammy, but Tammy told her to wait until Autumn finished her performance and that she herself would tell her what she wanted to hear. This left Raquel speechless and completely focused on the young woman until Autumn's performance ended.

Finalizada la presentación y mientras la joven disfrutaba con sus invitados, Tammy llevó a Raquel a un pequeño cuarto donde también estaba aquel amigo de ella, quien parecía esperarla, y apenas entró, este le agradecía a Raquel casi emocionado por haberlo hecho inmensamente feliz. Ella no entendía nada, pero Tammy le pidió que se sentara para explicarle, y es que resultaba que años atrás, cuando Tammy llevó a la pequeña a aquel lugar de adopción, ella pidió poder seguir viendo a la niña, así como le había dado a los encargados un CD con aquella melodía de su madre, diciendo que era la forma en la que la pequeña dormía, y por años había seguido el rastro de ella.

After the presentation ended, while the young woman enjoyed herself with her guests, Tammy took Raquel to a small room where her friend was also waiting. As soon as she entered, he thanked Raquel, almost overcome with emotion, for having made him so incredibly happy. Raquel didn't understand, but Tammy asked her to sit down so she could explain. It turned out that years before, when Tammy had taken the little girl to the adoption center, she had asked to continue seeing her. She had even given the staff a CD with her mother's melody, saying it was the way the little girl slept, and for years she had been trying to find her.

Ella asintió con la cabeza y, sin dejar que hablara, la joven le dijo que sabía su historia y que no estaba molesta; por el contrario, sus padres le habían hecho entender que la vida es complicada para muchos y su tía Tammy le contaba mucho sobre todo lo que había hecho su madre para que estuviera bien, que sabía que no fue por mal y que así mismo tendría muchas preguntas para hacer, pero sobre todo que estaba feliz de tenerla presente en su día especial y agradecerle también por esa melodía.

Finally, she told her there was something else, and at that moment Autumn entered the room. Seeing the situation, she understood almost instantly. She approached Raquel, extended her hand to introduce herself, and asked if she was her biological mother. Raquel nodded, and without letting her speak, the young woman told her that she knew her story and wasn't upset. Todos estaban sorprendidos por la madurez de aquella joven y ese día, aparte de esa fiesta, hubo una larga plática entre Raquel y Tammy que terminó en un gran abrazo de ambas, porque Tammy se había encargado por años de que Autumm no viera a su madre como alguien malo, sino entender los hechos. Pasaron días y siguieron viéndose; Raquel le mostraba sobre su trabajo y Autumm sobre su pasión por el teclado, por lo que luego de un tiempo ambas comenzaron a ser cercanas, teniendo como meta llegar a entenderse y aceptarse cada día más, y Tammy, tanto como el padre adoptivo de Autumm, apoyándolos completamente.

Everyone was surprised by the young woman's maturity, and that day, aside from the party, Raquel and Tammy had a long conversation that ended in a big hug. Tammy had spent years making sure Autumn didn't see her mother as a bad person, but rather understood the situation. Days passed, and they continued to see each other; Raquel showed her about her work, and Autumn shared her passion for the keyboard. After a while, they grew close, aiming to understand and accept each other more each day, with Tammy, as well as Autumn's adoptive father, offering them their full support.
