En mi pequeño recorrido, el tema de conectar es algo que es como una pequeña planta: una vez está, la debemos cuidar para que se mantenga hermosa, verde y floreada incluso, pero si no está, se va opacando hasta marchitarse, y justamente podemos en la vida llegar a sentir conexión con alguien en diversas formas o incluso conectar con algún talento o afición, pero si no lo cultivamos, será algo que a la larga pasará a desconectar totalmente con nosotros.

Y es que tenemos que estar claros de que las conexiones no son duraderas totalmente, y que justamente que perduren, evolucionen y se fortalezcan depende de nosotros, el entorno e incluso el cómo vamos avanzando; y ciertamente, aunque la forma en la que conectamos con cada elemento es diferente, todas tienen esa opción de hacerse más fuertes o desvanecerse.

Para mí, las conexiones son algo importante y tienen mucha fuerza; podría decirse que es algo en lo que creo mucho, al igual que las energías. Por ende, también tengo el lema de que estas deben ser recíprocas y en sí es algo que es como una regla con respecto a las conexiones entre personas, puesto así que, así como con amigos, familiares, parejas y demás, con quien lleguemos a conectar, esa sensación de fortalecer y mantener siempre deberá ser de ambas partes.

Igualmente, nunca sabremos el momento y punto exacto donde vamos a conectar, ya que en ocasiones me ha pasado que por mucho tiempo no simpatizo con alguien o no siento atracción hacia alguna actividad o elemento y, por algún movimiento o cosa del destino, de la nada comienzo a conectar de manera fuerte, cambian por completo de pensamiento, lo que me lleva a recordar siempre ese lema de "uno nunca sabe las vueltas que da la vida".

En la vida estaremos llenos de conexiones; serán muchísimas y cada una más diferente a la otra, pero siempre tendremos más preferencias con las que mejor nos hagan sentir. En mi caso, la música, el cómo conecto con mis gatos y esos familiares con los que puedo reír, así como mi mejor amigo, con quien algo muy bonito es que llegamos a saber cuándo fortalecemos esa conexión y lo importante que es también la comunicación para que una conexión sea sincera y se mantenga.

Y es que una buena conexión será como un golpe de dopamina para nosotros; nos dará el estímulo necesario y positivo, nos dará calma, risas e incluso un poco de color si el día se torna gris. Ya sea practicar o potenciar un talento, hasta una conversación con quien conectemos puede hacer que todo sea pacífico y agradable. Por lo mismo es que yo aprecio las conexiones, porque sea cual sea, siempre que esté, sé que podrá ser algo que me da energía, me ayuda a lo más importante que es conectar conmigo misma. .

In my brief journey, the theme of connection is like a small plant: once it's there, we must nurture it to keep it beautiful, green, and even blooming. But if it isn't, it fades until it withers. We can, in life, feel a connection with someone in various ways, or even connect with a talent or hobby, but if we don't cultivate it, it will eventually become something that completely disconnects us.

And we have to be clear that connections aren't entirely long-lasting, and that whether they endure, evolve, and strengthen depends on us, the environment, and even how we move forward. And certainly, although the way we connect with each element is different, they all have the option of becoming stronger or fading.

For me, connections are important and powerful; you could say it's something I believe in, just like energies. Therefore, I also have the motto that these should be reciprocal, and in itself, it's something of a rule regarding connections between people. So, just as with friends, family, partners, and others, with whomever we connect, that feeling of strengthening and maintaining should always be shared by both parties.

Likewise, we'll never know the exact moment and point where we'll connect. Sometimes, I've had it happen to me that for a long time, I don't like someone or feel attracted to a certain activity or element, and then, due to some twist or turn of fate, out of nowhere, I begin to connect strongly, and they completely change their mindset, which leads me to always remember that motto: "You never know what life will take."

In life, we will be full of connections; there will be many, and each one is more different from the next, but we will always have more preferences for those that make us feel better. In my case, it's music, how I connect with my cats and those family members with whom I can laugh, as well as my best friend, with whom something very beautiful is that we come to know when we strengthen that connection and how important communication is for a connection to be sincere and sustained.

And a good connection will be like a hit of dopamine for us; it will give us the necessary and positive encouragement, it will give us calm, laughter, and even a bit of color if the day turns gray. Whether it's practicing or developing a talent, even a conversation with someone we connect with can make everything peaceful and enjoyable. That's why I value connections, because whatever they are, whenever they are there, I know they can be something that energizes me, helps me do the most important thing: connecting with myself.
