Hello my listeners! Finally, that To Hive with Incublus you've been missing is back. I don't know how many people missed it, but under normal circumstances I received a few messages on the Discord server during the hours of the show. Let's pick up where we left off. By the way, I'm sure you've noticed that I'm now writing the name of the show as an acronym, THWI, which stands for To Hive with Incublus. If anyone is confused about what these 4 letters are doing next to each other in the title, I wanted to clarify.

Last Week's Recap

Last week there was no show as you know, at least I wasn't there. I saw @bemier and @pravesh0 talking and I wanted to join but who knows, maybe they were talking about something private. If they want to explain, they can use the comments section :P

What will we talk about this week?

Normally we talk about more casual stuff on our show, in the past we used to talk about more Hive related tutorials, but as time passed @ph1102 took over this task and he does it better than me. So if you want to talk about serious things about Hive, follow his show on Wednesdays. There's one thing that's being talked about a lot on Hive right now though, and that's vote buying. People are saying that they used to be able to buy votes easily through Steem, and it's having a negative impact on how curation works because all the author rewards are pooled, so basically every post that gets voted on Hive reduces the rewards for other posts. It's a bit of a complicated system, I hope I got it right and I hope I was able to explain it to you correctly. That's why a lot of the big whales in Hive are saying that buying votes is not right and are against it. There are others who say that it's not a problem in Hive, that it's basically harmless, that we have much different problems and we should focus on them. Maybe talking about this in depth and brainstorming will give us a different perspective. I know there are people on my show who support both sides, so let's discuss this together.

Our show will be in Turkish, but we welcome users from all countries. We had a lot of foreign participants in the past weeks and they made the show more fun. Başlıkta bu 4 harf yan yana ne yapıyor diye şaşıran varsa açıklığa kavuşturmak istedim.

Geçen Haftanın Özeti

Geçen hafta bildiğiniz gibi bir şov yoktu yani en azından ben orada değildim. @bemier ve @pravesh0'in konuştuğunu gördüm ve katılmak istedim ama kim bilir belki özel bir şey konuşuyorlardı. Açıklamak isterlerse yorumlar kısmını kullanabilirler :P

Bu Hafta Ne Konuşacağız?

Normal şartlar altında biz şovumuzda daha gündelik şeyler konuşuyoruz, eskiden daha Hive ile ilgili öğretici şeyler konuştuğumuz da olurdu ama zaman geçtikçe bu görevi @ph1102 üstlendi ve benden daha iyi yapıyor. Bu yüzden eğer Hive ile ilgili ciddi şeyler konuşmak isterseniz çarşamba günleri düzenlediği programı takip edin. Yine de şu anda Hive'da üzerine çok fazla konuşulan bir şey var, o da oy satın almak. İnsanların söylediğine göre eskiden Steem üzerinden rahatlıkla oy satın alabiliyorlardı ve bu kürasyonun gidişatını olumsuz etkiliyor çünkü bütün yazar ödülleri bir havuzdan karşılanıyor yani temelde Hive'da oylanan her gönderi diğer gönderilerin ödüllerini azaltıyor. Bu biraz karışık bir sistem, umarım doğru anlamış ve size doğru aktarabilmişimdir. Bu yüzden Hive'daki büyük balinalardan pek çoğu oy satın almanın doğru olmadığını söylüyor ve bunun karşısında. Bir başka kesim var ki onlar bunun Hive'da bir sorun olmadığını kısaca zararsız olduğunu, çok daha farklı sorunlarımız olduğunu ve onlara odaklanmamız gerektiğini söylüyorlar. Bu konuyu derinlemesine konuşmak ve beyin fırtınası yapmak belki bize farklı bir bakış açısı verir. Şovuma katılan insanlar arasında iki tarafı da destekleyenler olduğunu biliyorum. Gelin birlikte bu konuyu değerlendirelim.

Şovumuz Türkçe olacak ama bütün ülkelerden kullanıcılara açığız. Geçtiğimiz haftalarda bir sürü yabancı katılımcımız oldu ve hepsi şovumuzu daha eğlenceli hale getirdi.
