I think it makes sense to buy at this level, but the recent declines definitely show that this is not a bottom. It used to be much more predictable because there were strong support points. Now, as you know, there are declines and more declines. Hopefully, the reversal will be very quick, and we'll jump back up to 20 cents in no time.
