As you know I run a show called To Hive with Incublus and I've been doing it for 9 months, I was doing it quite amateurishly, my headset is a regular phone headset and I realize that I'm not giving a great experience to the people who are on the show, at least in terms of sound. Otherwise, everyone who participates in our show really enjoys chatting, you can come and see it tomorrow night at 6pm UTC.

My friend @felixxx has been participating in these shows for a while. I think he also liked the show, but he was quite uncomfortable with the sound quality. He didn't hesitate to express this and said he would like to help me. We talked after my show and he sent me 80 HBD even though I didn't ask for it and told me to buy myself a nice headset with it. It feels weird, my friends, in a good way. Someone who doesn't know you at all, has never seen my face except for my posts on Hive, has never chatted with me in real life, but sent me 80 HBD just because he respects and loves what I do. 80 dollars may not be a huge amount of money for him, it's not for me, but I've never seen more valuable money in my life, because this money was sent to me by him without expecting anything in return. This part could have been skipped with a short thank you, but I am really grateful to him. Because he didn't have to do it, but instead of whining about things he didn't like, he took action and did something to fix it. Not everything in life is so easy to fix, but when you do your part, things work out. He also wrote a post on the subject and you can reach it here.

Now let's put sentimentality aside and talk about which headset I prefer and why. I spent a long time researching what kind of headset to buy and my top priority was a good microphone because that was the reason why I was buying a new headset. I watched different videos and looked at different brands and finally I was going to get the HyperX Cloud 2 and I was about to order it. I joined some streamers' Discord servers and asked them, because they also stream and what I do is a kind of streaming. One of the streamers recommended the HyperX Cloud 3, so I took a look at that headset as well, watched a few review videos, and even though there was very little price difference, the microphone was so much better than the other one that I ordered it without even thinking about it.

The headset arrived and I'm already using it! I realized that it's not what I've used before, it's really disconnected from the outside world. If someone calls out to me while I'm listening to music, I can't hear them, and there's very little sound coming out. The microphone is very clear, I've listened to my audio recording several times and it sounds professional. And thanks to the noise canceling feature, there's no more background noise! Maybe when my mom is on the phone in the back, it will block her voice too. We'll see about that together XD

Thank you again to @felixxx for this headset. Not only will I use the headset for my shows, but now I can start producing more video content.
