Disappearing Pilgrims - Frostpunk 2
Hello my friends I hope you are all well and sitting in your warm homes. I continue my fight against the cold and we are on the brink of a big storm.
In the previous chapter I started to develop the generator and I built some buildings to increase the oil production. Luckily we found 50000 oil somewhere and I brought it to the city. In terms of laws, I try to pass laws that I can keep the community as much as possible. If there is a riot in the community somewhere, I need to be able to suppress it. Also the white storm is coming and I have to prepare for it.
We found an old compound and I can take 60,000 goods. Or I can build an outpost there and slowly collect 168,000 goods. I chose the latter, I think it will be more profitable in the long run, but who knows, maybe it would be more useful to get the 60000 right away.
New discoveries are very useful to me. I will build a research outpost and this will greatly increase my research speed.
An important member of the Pilgrim community has disappeared. I can either ignore it or investigate it. Of course I will investigate because every member of this city is valuable. It looks like a struggle between the communities is beginning.
With the increase in oil production, I have adjusted the transfer of resources. Now more oil will come to the main city and we will send supplies to them. Every building we build increases material consumption.
During the exploration we found cursed cores, which I find a bit funny, but I'll leave them anyway so as not to lower trust within the city. But they will always be on the edge of my mind because I don't mind lowering trust if I need them urgently.
We discovered a place called Hobbleton's Expedition and found 2187 new Londoners, 3 cores and 100,000 coal. Finally, the resources I put into exploration are paying off. I keep finding better and better resources.
While we were investigating, the head of the secret police came and asked us to stop the investigation. Because he admitted that they had kidnapped the dissidents and said that they had done their job so well that the missing people would never be found. Obviously I had to make a decision here. I didn't want to expose the guards who were working for me, so I stopped the investigation. That might not be a good decision.
I decided to investigate teaching hospitals, which would both increase the speed of research and reduce sickness, so that many citizens who are absent from work because of sickness will be treated regularly and recover faster.
Good things happen after bad news. After the decision to beat the frost, my relationship with the Yilmazlar has improved. Yilmazlar continues to use oil in every field.
People from outside started to come to our city because rumors started to circulate outside. They say that our city can be a beacon of hope for many people. Of course, uncontrolled population growth is not a good thing. That's why I need to pass a law on foreigners.
Yilmazlar is organizing a rally for me and this time I asked them to increase their contribution of heat stamps for me. I will get 2 more heat stamps per week. It's not much but it's better than nothing.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept all foreigners. That's why I'm voting to bring productive foreigners into the city, and Yilmaz supports that. The percentage of active workers will increase over time, the population growth will increase slightly and the heat stamp income will increase slightly.
The inhabitants of the frozen lands asked me for a favor to pass this law. They asked me to ask the Yilmaz for resources - heat stamps. This will be a good thing for me too.
I guess it was not the right decision to do what the inhabitants of the frozen lands said because now the indomitable are not loyal enough to rally for me. I need to make my relationship better again.
That's enough progress for this episode. I wonder what will happen in the next episode, will the storm be here, will we be able to successfully survive it? The mere sight of the storm on the map makes me nervous.

I really like these kinds of adventure games, especially the graphics quality of these games is very good, which makes every game addictive and enjoyable.
Actually this game is not known with graphic quality but it can't considered as bad

That is a nice decision that you boosted oil production and you are lucky enough to find 50,000 oil. Building the outpost was a smart move by you. Well played bro. 👍
Thanks a lot for stopping by, I just saw you in Acid's stream right?
Yes, that was me watching the acid's live stream too. 😊
