Arcade Colony - Stake House Den Progress & Slots

Hello web3 gamers, today I'll be sharing with you how much progress I've made at Stake House Den after a week's break, and some details about the content of one of the games inside. I hope this post will be informative for everyone who plays the game.

source, source2

Let's start with my progress in the game. After opening the cards I had previously opened, I decided to open 5 more packs within a week and recorded it on video. You can watch the video above. I got enough Legendary Flux and Gold Flux to get rarer items in the 5 packs. I explained how to get these and the Lady Luck packs in my previous post. You can access it here.

For those who don't want to watch the video or want to see all the cards together, I've shared screenshots above. Out of 25 cards, I managed to get a total of 7 Queens or Kings and 2 Gold Foil cards. I'm not sure if it's worth using Gold Flux to open these cards. I think this feature will be useful for people who will open a lot of Lady Luck packs. If I'm only opening a few packs, no matter how lucky I am, I won't be able to increase my production much.

So, how much did my daily Hot Sauce production increase with all these cards? As you can see, I only staked 7 cards, and my production increased to 25. I forgot to mention this in my previous post, but my production was only 10 before. Of course, this is thanks to merging my cards. I'll show you how to do this step by step shortly.

How to Merge Your Cards

Go to the My Cards section in the menu. I won't show you this again since I've shown it to you before. To use the Merge feature, you need to have two of the same card.

For example, I have two 8 of Shades. I click on one of these cards and then click the Merge button. Then I click on the other card of the same card that appears on the screen.

Finally, I press the Confirm button to approve, and that's it. Now my 8 of Clubs card is level 2. Now, if I stake this card, it will produce 2 Hot Sauce instead of the usual 1 Hot Sauce per day. If I can get this card to level 3, I will be able to produce 3 Hot Sauce per day. So, the bottom line is that if you don't level up your cards, you will need to stake a lot of cards to increase Hot Sauce production, which doesn't make sense at all.

Slots

Since I've managed to accumulate enough Hot Sauce over this one-week period, today we'll take a look at the Slots game and see how many times I can win in how many games and what the payout is. Let's click on the Slots section on the main screen.

Select one of the pre-set options below or enter how much Hot Sauce you want to bet in the custom section at the bottom right, then click “Confirm Bet.”

Now the fun can begin! Let's press the Spin button and see what we get.

I didn't win anything in my first game. By the way, you can see on the screen how valuable cherries, clovers, or horseshoes are when you win them. The best thing, of course, is to get 7 7 7. This will give you a 25x payout. That means 5 times what you win with the purple heart and 12.5 times what you win with the cherry.

In the second game, I managed to win something. Three green clubs lined up and earned me 0.1 Colony tokens. A win is a win.

If you're not as familiar with slot games as I am, you're probably wondering under what conditions you win. If you only won when three symbols lined up, it would be very difficult. There's a table above showing the conditions under which you can win a prize. You can see this screen by clicking on “info” in the game. My first win matches the first pattern in the table.

If you still don't understand when you win, as you can see, the cherries on the screen are bigger when you win. This is probably the case for other items too.

I think I played a total of 9 games and managed to win three times. From these three games, I earned a total of 0.436 Colony tokens. If we make a comparison and consider that winning 1 out of 3 games isn't bad, I earned 0.436 Colony with the Hot Sauce I accumulated in about 4 days.

I didn't sell the Colony tokens I earned from these games; I staked them. But if I had sold them and continued doing so for 3000 days, I would have earned 1 Hive. So, in terms of returns, it's not great right now, but that doesn't mean it won't change in the future. I also read about this in a post shared by @libertycrypto27. He mentioned that Moonkarts is currently performing much better in terms of returns. I might check out that game in the coming days. That's all I have to say for now. In the coming weeks, I plan to play other games on Stake House Den and share a post about their returns as well. But first, I need to accumulate some Hot Sauce.

Thank you very much for reading. Don't forget to share your thoughts in the comments. It would be great to hear about a way to maximize Hot Sauce production in this game. See you in the next post!

Stakehouse Den is fun as I love casinos but the slots were awful for me. Like Hive things it needs more users.

Exactly, slots are full luck and machine thing. That's why I started trying with it. We always need more users anywhere in Hive. Thanks for stopping by.

Great post about Stake House Den.
You explained the card merge mechanism very well and made it clear how it affects Hot Sauce production.
You're right, returns are low, but even though it's just my personal opinion, I think they will increase in the future, or else Hot Sauce production should be increased.
Right now, my strategy is to stock up on Hot Sauce without playing ;)

I'll try every single "mini game" in Stake House Den and then I'll start accumulating as you said. I'm sure it will be increased, it should be increased 😅
