RE: How to Turn a Photo into a Video?

I tried something like this before but it wasn't unique like yours, again, when I chose pictures, I was asked to pay for it. In this your post, I didn't see where you mentioned how much to pay or to download an app. I will try login to the website you mentioned and work it from there.
Please if you have more information on this, I will love to know more
