To Refill My Gas Cylinda.

I went straight to a cooking gas station / depot to refill my gas cylinda on Thursday last week. I was very much amazed that the price of cooking gas has come down a little. While, during Christmas season last year, the price was terribly high, very expensive. Many people could not refill their family gas cylinders turning many people back into using firewood or charcoal or any other means possible and available for them.

This is a method that has been abandoned because they are obsolete for many decades now, nothing compares with cooking with your gas in the gas cylinda. It's faster and stress free. People adopted this obsolete condition again just to make sure food were cooked for the family to enjoy, eat and be satisfied having balanced and healthy lives. But was never anyone's thought or choices.

I'm impressed about this particular news and I'm more impressed and sure about it because i have experienced the very good news of lower price for the cooking gas.

Initially, 1 kg of cooking gas was sold at #1,300, one thousand and three hundred naira only, which is the equivalent of 3.009 Hive dollars.

But on Thursday last week, i bought 1kg of cooking gas at #1,200, one thousand and two hundred naira only, which is the equivalent of 2 .777 Hive dollars.

The reduction and difference here is #100.00, one hundred naira only, which is an equivalent of 0.231 Hive dollars.

How i so wish, it will be stable or get lower than this very price.

The fear had been, that we know in this very country that nothing goes up in prices and gets down again, it has been the norm that price hycks doesn't get down or change again. This is the reason i decided to use this medium to applause cooking gas depot /station owners. They have done absolutely well, but let it keep getting lower and never be hyked again is my sincere prayers.

I really don't know how this came about, all i can explain here and now is that the cooking gas has gotten lower in price, there is a price difference of hundred naira from what it used to be. The hyper inflation ravaging the county has kept everyone on their toes by monitoring and being very careful on bargains before payments for any stuff.

Lots of items has been on the higher increase and double increases, every daily needs and stuff has remained on the increase, inflation has been biting every Dick and Harris. Im so, so impressed to see that certain items are changing in prices becoming less expensive.

Let the government of the day look into all these general situations to make life simpler and easier for her citizens.
