If that could lead California to separate from the US, I guess it'd be a plus - less wokism, less burocracy & taxes, less corporate Big Tech.

I think a separatist movement is difficult, not because of the movement itself, but for economic reasons. Mainly the maritime route is very unfavorable to the state.
