I see your point, yes.
At the same time, personally I much prefer to deal with Whales moves and insider jobs (that also happen in all other markets) than to face the situation that was prevalent in the US until some months ago, and is still rampaging in the European Union, i.e. a frontal war from the State against decentralized assets (the non seizable ones when the next financial crisis will burst).
