Hello friends, everyone, on this very good and very happy occasion, in my post this time I want to show some photos of a very happy moment, so this moment was held in my village, this moment is an annual moment, so the people in my village are very enthusiastic about welcoming this moment because it is held once a year, so how happy the people are in welcoming this moment.
So this moment is a cooking moment held on a palm oil plantation so this moment is a form of gratitude because so far the community remembers that the palm oil harvest has been very abundant so that the people in my village agreed to hold a cooking event on the plantation so on this occasion also invited such as the Minister of Agriculture who discussed his concerns in developing the agricultural cultivation business, one of which is superior palm oil farming.
And at the event, the Minister of Agriculture emphasized that the community's harvest must be superior so that it can compete with agriculture in other regions, so the monument is very important to be held once a year. This moment is the moment of cooking goat curry which is cooked in a large cauldron. This dish is often called Kuah Beulaneng in my area.
Kuah beulangeng is one of Aceh's culinary specialties. Kuah beu langgeng is a culinary heritage that has been maintained for a very long time so that the moment of cooking Kuah beu langgeng is very respected because this moment has become a tradition that has been passed down from the past so that this moment becomes a charity event because this event is a form of caring because it is an event to share fortune with the poor so as I have said this moment is a very noble moment.
