The only difference between the the person you admire

The only difference between the person you admire, wants to become and you is two things:

1. Preparediness
2. Positioning

Your problem right now could either be that you're not prepared well enough or that you're not positioned. I've seen people who are damn good, but lack positioning - so they are still living in their dream. I've also seen people who are not well prepared, but positioned very well - and living their dream life. So, you can be really good at your craft, but struggle to rise because you're not in the right position. Or you're in the right position, but not prepared and so you fund yourself struggling in abundance.
