This may sound tone deaf to some…
After about $30K/month net (~$700K/year gross), additional money stops making a difference
It was expected to matter, but it doesn't

At that level, living extremely comfortably in any city is possible
Dining, transportation, housing, travel — none of those prices matter
Anything beyond that threshold becomes status points or fuel to grow other ventures

The cap on "more money matters" is surprisingly low
Reaching it brings enormous freedom
It becomes possible to pursue any game, in any way, with anyone
Work then turns into finding a lifelong pursuit worth spending working hours on

For those who can reach it, endless beach-time would be a nightmare
Crucially, money doesn't change internal happiness
It removes financial stress, but that zero-stress state quickly becomes the new normal

The "freedom number" many imagine isn't millions in liquid assets; it's roughly $30K/month net
Hit that consistently and financial freedom effectively lasts indefinitely
