She Painted
He woke up earlier than usual, prepared breakfast, and called them out when everything was ready. She got curious about why he seemed to be in the best of moods today. "Let's eat so I can clear the laundry early," he said as if he read her mind before she could ask.
"Oh, okay, I'll paint then," she replied, referring to the repainting job for their kitchen. She had been meaning to do it, but the wet days made her melancholic and lazy. The gorgeous weather today is allowing her to make it happen.
"Sure!" he readily agreed, no buts, or whatever.
So yeah, she painted and he did the laundry.
No, there's nothing strange about how they do things, if that's what you're thinking. And they didn't exchange or reverse roles as some people say. Whatever she can do and enjoys, she does it, and the same goes for him. That's the kind of norm in their household.
"Need any help?" he asked some time during the day.
"Could you please turn the fan on? It's getting hot up here. I'm sweating and losing fat really fast!" She jokingly asked her husband. She was on the ladder, painting the wall. He obliged and then walked closer to where she was.
"Which fats did you say you are losing?" he teased. "You should see down there, it has gotten flat already," she lifted her apron, including her shirt to show her belly. He quickly gave her tummy a smooch. Then they laughed heartily.
Yes, that is normal for them too. There are times when their LilGuy would wonder what they were laughing about, and he would squeeze himself between them to join the fun.
Anyway, he finished the laundry before lunchtime, and she around 4 pm. She enjoyed it a lot. No complaints about aching muscles or joints. She truly thrives and is tireless when there is plenty of sunshine. It's as if her energy multiplies when the weather's nice (warm).
She is happy and grateful for such a productive Monday!

Ramblings? Felt reALly like easy teamwork and goid vibes, loved how the sunshine powered both of you :) The playful belly moment was adorable, and the day ending with laundry done plus fresh paint is peak balance. Got more sunny-day plans lined up, or was taht the big Monday win?

That was a win for Monday. We will be on the road tomorrow morning for a road trip. Hoping the sky would be bright still :)
I also want to paint my room wall. Say her to do the same thing for me as she enjoy it. Trust me I won't humiliates her by paying money🤣🤣. !LOL
