Plants & Such [Shadows]

Magandang Buhay

It is a cold and stormy Friday up here in the mountains. It was raining when we left the city early in the morning, and we got home to a windy (signal #1) and wet atmosphere in DD. Tropical Depression Crising seems to be making rounds throughout the region and beyond. It is intensifying as the day progresses, but we hope it won't upgrade into a typhoon, or it would challenge most places in the country.

Anyway, we caught some shadows from where we spent the night the other day and thought I'd share them. The plants in a vase on the table and some on the counter had some nice ones, so I could not help but take a few photos of them.

Tried to take the shadows from different angles without my head getting included, but somehow, these are the only viewable ones.

A quick photo of the hanging plant shadows in the sink turned out to be just okay, but I'm including it anyway, lol!

A bunch of artificial poinsettia in a ceramic vase casts some shadows, too (although they are not that discernible).

My attempt to take better shots of another vase with an arrangement of artificial hydrangeas, carnations, poinsettia, and such turned out to be yikes, but I'm including them anyway, like the others above, lol!

And these articles on a frame had some faint shadows in them as well.

Meanwhile, this was taken on one of the streets of La Trinidad. I was just randomly capturing scenes, but upon viewing it today, I noticed the shadows of the electrical post near the crosswalk.

And with that ends my shadow hunting non-contest participation for the week. As always, I'm thankful to Melinda for this fun initiative.

Have a fantastic day, wherever you are! Until next time!

Shadow pictures are good but I think the shadow picture taken in the day time is better than night time. Don't you think so?
I hope the weather will be well and fine there.

Yes, natural shadows are better :)

Still raining, kinda nonstop since yesterday afternoon.

The shadow on the vase is nice, including the vase itself. At first glance the vase really caught my eyes.😁
