Plants in My Cup & Neighborhood on the Windows

Magandang buhay!

A fabulous start to the week on our side of the world. Sunny and warm, aah, just my favorite kind of weather.

I would have loved to be out, but my hormones were having some Monday blues, so it was just another lazy day for both the LilGuy and me, although not idle throughout the day, as we had some small chores done in the afternoon (sweeping the storage, and then re-trimming the hair on my boy's chin and around his eyes, as he might be visiting the vet tomorrow).

Anyway, let me share some reflection hunts during our morning fun at the Banaue Hostel, which I just wrote about yesterday.

I was taking a photo of my cup of coffee when I noticed the cool reflections of the succulents in it. Of course, I was not to waste the chance of getting some more, so I played with it, moving the small mug to obtain different images. I had to be quick before my hot cup got cold. Unfortunately, most of them were blurry, like the reflection of the money tree and some other plants (still included them for variety, hehe!)

Meanwhile, these were photographed on the balcony. Seen on the glass walls and/or windows are the railings and also parts of the landscape in that neighborhood. This was just outside the room where we slept the night before. I love the autumn feel (color) in this reflection.

And these were on the windows of the other units. The image on the right mirrored the beautiful mountainside, the sky, and the heart of the town.

And these were of my little boy, while he was busy on his sniffing job on the same balcony. I honestly thought he would be surprised on seeing himself, but nope. It was as if he saw nothing. Although there was a time he barked at his reflection, lol!

Well, that is all for today. It's been a challenge choosing pictures from the many shots I have taken. Alas, these are here!

But...

I'm torn which among these will be my entry in Round 241 of the Reflection Hunting initiative by Olgavita. So, maybe I'll just send it in as a non-contest participation😊
