HBD, Sats & Such
I was outside a little while ago when the rain suddenly came. Thank goodness I'm still swift to run I didn't get wet. Thinking about it now, I should have let my inner child go wild and played (bathed) in the rain. Ayayay! It's too late since the rain is no more (it already stopped)😅
Well, there will be a next time (hopefully). It was unexpected, but we are thankful it still rains in December, which means, water will be abundant, even through the dry season.
HBD chart via CMCOn another topic, I realized HBD isn't the easiest to exchange. It doesn't have any other market besides here on-chain and the Korean CEX Upbit, which we cannot use. My recent challenge in having to buy or swap HBD to HIVE and then sending it to a CEX made me wish CubFinance didn't sunset and still allow HIVE and HBD to be bridged to BSC, where we can then sell them for other assets.
I did try swapping HBD to Sats through v4v.app but the maximum amount per swap (convert) is 140 HBD only and the fees kinda discouraged me, lol! Also thought about using Leodex (i.e. buying LEO, LSTR or any of the LeoStrategy assets and then swapping them to USDC on Base), but the fear of my funds getting stuck made me dismiss the idea (can't help it but I had an unpleasant experience back in January where I had to wait for more than half a year for my small funds to be refunded).
I wonder if there will be a chance in the near future for such an avenue to exist, not only for HBD, but also for HIVE.
Anyhow, per my goal update last week, I was only able to save 2.3k HBD which is 200 HBD away from my target. And unfortunately, I couldn't wait until the month-end to withdraw such savings. I wanted to take advantage of the higher USDT exchange rate to our currency, and also because we need the funds on the 15th.
Meanwhile, my sats balance to date.
Not sure if I'd still be able to add to this in the coming days and weeks, but I'm just chuffed to have DCA'd this in 2025. "You should have sold them at $120k and buy again when the price dropped," the hubby teased me when he learned I was still HODLing.
Oh well, what can I say? I got the FOMO, lol!

Yeah converting all these currencies are really difficult thing to do, i wonder why it still rain till now and it doesn't rain small rather is heavy always
It's not difficult when we are just exchanging them on-chain, but I wish there were more routes for sending or exchanging them to other assets off-chain.

Hey, you can use Qvapay to deposit HBD and then withdraw USDT or BTCLN.
Or use Coinex to deposit Hive and swap to another coin.

First time hearing Qvapay. Thanks, might check it out. But if it's a CEX and requires KYC or such, I wouldn't like it.
It rained droplets over here a few days ago, very surprised as this was quite unusual but I liked it anyway. I think VSC could be a good avenue for that when it launches, in the meantime however, hope you'll find a good route to get the process done.

No wonder Hive is screwed! As for using LeoDex and things getting stuck, it has got to the point where we wonder what century Hive dapps are in compared to the rest of crypto!

I think v4v didn't have a proposal.My bad. I found out they had a joint proposal with VSC. 1k+ HBD budget a day, whew! Wonder when we're going to see something out of that. Yeah, my experience with Leodex was both hilarious and annoying, so I'm very hesitant to use it again.
Yeah loads of money and still they all suck the chain dry!

I usually buy HIVE using the HBD in Ecency swap option and sent it to BINANCE. and sell HIVE whenever I withdraw my fund.

Halla sorry sis, ngayon ko lang napansin eto. Pag liquid assetang gusto mong iwithdraw, send mo lang sa Binance or kung anong exchange account meron ka na tradable ang HIVE. Otherwise, unstake mo muna, saka ka makawithdraw :)
