Friday's Fun [LilGuy, Blooms & the Pollinator]
Magandang buhay!
It was a sunny Friday, and our little furball wanted some outdoor fun, and guess what he did first? He ran to where the grass was greener and taller, sniffed on them (hmmm, these are fresh) and then did his thing.
He even looked at me as if saying, "Lemme take a piss like this, mum, okay?"
He couldn't do that in his indoor potty. It's not green and mummy would be mad, lol! So whenever he is outside, he'd make the most out of his time there, marking his territories many times over, making sure he leaves his scent on as many spots as possible.
It must be fun, huh?
This was him 20 seconds before the pic above was taken.
Well, I left him be to enjoy his little moments, and did my own thing too, checking out our little garden. (I hardly call it so as it is still chaotic)
With the plentiful rains in these two weeks, some of our plants are blooming. The Princess Flowers, for one.

The plant is native to Brazil, per Google Lens. Thankfully, they found their way to the country and are becoming a common ornamental in residential places, and even on highways.
They grow tall, which is why we had them along the edges of the property to provide us with some privacy from the street right below.
The pumpkin has likewise grown more buds and flowers, and it was delightful to find a pollinator buzzing in one of them. It's been a while since I last saw a honey bee around here.

I was engrossed with the blooms and didn't notice my little man was no longer in the yard. He may have wanted to extend his territories because I saw him running toward the neighbors down the street.
The good thing about him leaving the property is that when I call his name, he quickly runs back to the driveway. His playtime was cut short, and his bath time followed.
He then spent the rainy afternoon curling up on his mat while his mum did some trading and such. Some excitement in the crypto market as Bitcoin reached a new ATH during the day.
His dada? Oh well, he was out downtown for errands and things, and was home late afternoon, only to drive out again because he had forgotten something, and we are expecting guests tomorrow.
It's been a great day in DD, and I hope it's the same in everyone's homes. Happy Friday, frens!
