Feeling Buzzed
Magandang buhay!
A stormy Friday up here, which isn't surprising anymore during these months, but somehow, this kind of weather still makes me down. In fact, it affected me so much that I felt hammered, as if I had gotten drunk or something. I may have been burned out without realizing it, until my body and mind swooshed, and I couldn't function normally.

It's weird too, because even a small movement, and my muscles ache. So, after having a soothing body massage yesterday evening, I went to bed a little earlier than usual and snoozed all through the night. Well, until 4 am when a dream woke me up.
It was nighttime in that dream realm, and we were deep in slumber. I was suddenly awakened by someone forcing the door open and coming in, unmindfully dragging a huge crate of wrapped boxes into our bedroom. While he was wearing black overalls and a mask, I recognized him. It was my father-in-law. I couldn't pretend to be asleep and not to know him, so I asked what those boxes were for.
"I'm just going to hide them here until the day comes," he said, like it was just normal for him to barge into someone's bedroom in the darkest of the night and in disguise at that! When he realized I recognized him, he disappeared instantly without a word, leaving the boxes behind, lol.
I was a little upset in the dream because my sleep was disturbed. When I woke up in real life, I felt tense and couldn't go back to sleep afterwards. Darn that dream for bothering my restful night, lol!
Yongi sensed I was up, and he came to bed, squeezing himself into my arms. It wasn't until around 8 am that we drifted back to snoozing, but then we had to eat, so we dragged our butt out of bed to the kitchen, gobbled up some food, and went back under the sheets soon after, lol!
I did push myself to write (this) for a little productivity, or I'd be totally doomed by laziness.

It seems like you are meteoropathic, rainy days kinda put me down too, it takes happiness and energy away... You gotta move somewhere else with more sun 🤣
Yea but what there was in the boxes??
It sure does. I've been thinking about moving (again), but where?😁
(Un)Fortunately, I didn't see what's inside the boxes😆
Your father-in-law sneaking in like a ninja with a box stash cracked me up! 🤣🤣 Dreams really do come up with the weirdest plots.
Stormy days always make everything a bit heavier and more intense. At least it gave you a funny story to tell afterward 😁🤭
May ganyan Pala sis na parang sumasakit katawan mo Pg rainy day. SA akin tinatamad Lang😂.
Ano Kaya Yung laman Ng huge crate? Baka pamana😁
I completely understand how unsettling it can feel to wake up tense and unable to fall back asleep afterwards, especially when you were already feeling burned out. I think your body was asking you to slow down, and it’s good that you treated yourself to a massage and extra rest. The way Yongi sensed your unease and snuggled in is so heartwarming 💕

Dream an reality has no difference before you woke up from sleep. So, It's understandable you could not sleep after waking up.
So, you have written this and that means you started the morning in a productive way. That's good for you.
