Do-Nothing Day
It's a dreary and breezy Saturday, which isn't really pleasant for the occasion in the neighborhood. It could be messy, with the wet grounds and such, especially if they did a garden wedding. But local people are resourceful, so they may have improvised to ensure the event went smoothly.
As expected, the weather made me the laziest (literally) to the point I didn't do anything productive. The couch and bed were the biggest temptations, which Yongi and I couldn't resist. We had such a rough night yesterday, and it was one to blame thank for allowing us to have a more restful day.
I did go out early afternoon when the sky cleared a bit. I felt stuffy after eating fries and a sandwich for lunch, so I needed to get some legwork. While in the backyard, I got to pick some fresh things. Oh boy, was I delighted to see the eggplants without any insect bites.

I'm not fond of guavas, but somehow, I was enticed to get three today. We have two generously fruiting trees of this variety, and I had been meaning to pick some of the ripe ones to make jam, but alas! I haven't done that. Well, at least the birds get to enjoy some of them.
The short walk did its thing and made me sleepy. Nature took its course, and I ended up taking a nap after fighting it off for a while. I didn't even know if my little boy slept because I went to Wonderland really quickly. His barking woke me up at 5:30 pm. He sensed the presence of some gentlemen in the street below. We thought that after he got neutered, his temperament would change (the vet said the same thing), but it seems that isn't the case, coz he still growls at anything that moves, lol!
Anyway, the hubby called saying he'd be home late, so the LilGuy and I had an early supper, then it's generator hour (time to switch the thing on), hence this. It's the weekend and goaling day as always. Here are the numbers for week 46:
Sats
- Current Balance: 282,882 sats
- Previous Week: 262,328 sats
Added 20,554 sats, with BTC under $100k. I read some people saying the bear market might be looming, but hey, no worries. Haven't we gone through such before?
Savings
- Current Balance: 2,263 HBD
- Previous Week: 2,258 HBD
A small increase of 5 HBD, which is still better than nothing :)
Hive Power
- Current Balance: 29,783 HP
- Previous Week: 29,594 HP
This grew by 189 HP during the week. I'm chuffed that my 30k HP goal will be achieved sooner. Earlier in the year, I wasn't sure that this could happen. I believed the bull market would propel HIVE's price above $1, but then things went the other way around, lol! Well, that's how it is, and there is nothing much we can do but stack some more.
So yeah, that's just it for the day. Cheers🥂

Oh and they have fixed the occasion already definitely it must take place even in the messy place they won't mind haha, the weather is really treating you and Yongi well, to me 5HBD is huge one consistent and hard work is always with evidence
I like how calm and cozy your day sounded. Even with the gloomy weather, picking a bit of fresh produce and just relaxing at home feels really nice. Your little update on Hive fits perfectly too, both the weather and the markets really do have a mind of their own.
Gandang panoorin Pg garden wedding. Hehe. Kahit ako tinatamad Rin sis. Pinipilit KO Lang sarili KO kumilos. Hehehe😁

Sadly I never had the change to try guava, it's not on the supermarkets here... I will remain with the curiosity...
Strage he didn't change the temperament
It feels nice to see someone embracing a slow, lazy day without any guilt. Sometimes we all need a break like this. Going to the backyard for fresh food and checking on crypto savings sounds like a peaceful routine. Even with the bad weather, it seems like a calm and refreshing day.

Guava is an interesting kind of fruit to eat with all that seed inside, eat it with the seeds or not? I usually do the former. Hopefully, if the bear market comes, it wouldn't be severe since the bull market wasn't that spectacular :)
I would love to try this soo
