Boom! A Lil Milestone [25k HP]
It's hard to believe but the new month has arrived already, whew! So Hello, November! Be good to us, will ya?😅
It has been a hell of an October for us but I was finally back home to DD last night for a much-needed recharge. The sky is brighter today so the nasty Kong Rey must have left the country. It brought so much devastation in various places that I can only hope and pray everyone affected by its wrath is okay. Natural disasters like storms and super typhoons are a common occurrence here year in and year out but we can never get used to it.
Anyhow, since it's the first of the month, we are not missing one of Hive's traditions - the HPUD. And so we did our thing without delay, adding a little bit more to our HP with 108 HIVE, a level 3 power up.
And guess what? Something just happened!
A little milestone was reached on my 42nd month or 1,291st day (3 years, 6 months, 12 days) on the Hive Blockchain. Crossed the 25k HP mark, Yay!
Growing my Staked HIVE (HP) has been a delightful journey and ticking off this year's target feels wonderful. And as always, I am celebrating this little win by giving myself a pat on the back. Well done self, well done...!
I am not setting another HP goal soon, but I will continue building it without putting myself under any pressure. That is the best way, I guess. We shall see how this month will go. Until then, we will keep on with the usuals, although some things may change on the horizon because real life has somewhat decided differently.
October Progress
972 HP was added to my stakes last month (from 23,920 to 24,892). There has been a drop compared with the previous 3 months but it's still okay. Today, I found out that I missed a day (October 24th) on my daily staking which sucks but oh well, I just laughed it out. Let's try again this November.
Real life has become so challenging that my engagement stats on the chain were sporadic. The last week was so hectic for me that there are comments or replies I have yet to read and respond to and I'm hoping to get back to them soon. And yep, I have also broken my posting streak so bye-bye to the yearly author badge from Hivebuzz, lol! I'm not going to fret though for I am fully aware things don't always go as planned and it's okay.
Overall, October has not been ideal both irl and on-chain but I'm grateful we survived unscathed and are welcoming the new month with a hopeful heart that things will be better. 🙏 Onward forward!

I missed once or twice... After that, I created a small daily task list, and powering up is one of the tasks... Every morning, the first thing that I do is to open that file and start checking out daily tasks... 🙂
That's my "secret" of not missing a day in the last 2-3 months... 😂
