Another Day, A Little Treat
We left the other house early yesterday and dropped my brother's girls at school since it was along our way to the dentist for another tooth extraction. The crown (the result of a wrong decision made years ago) had damaged both my canines so the only option was to take them out. The right side was removed with the first pm last week so it was time for the other.
I actually wanted them extracted on the same day but the dentist advised otherwise so yeah, one each week until all the other artificial implants are cleaned.
Anyhow, after taking the girls to their respective schools, we proceeded to where we intended. This pic was taken about a quarter to 8 am. Our yard in the mountainside would still be waiting for some sunshine while it is already bright and sunny down the valley.
We arrived at the heart of town at half past 8 and while it was indicated that the dental clinic was to open at 8 am, its doors were still closed so we waited. It was 9 am when we spotted the dentist. I allowed 10 more minutes before following upstairs and was super chuffed to be the first on the chair, lol!
Well, the magic happened and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. The next stop? A convenience store for some treats! I don't remember whose idea it was to eat something cold immediately after having one's tooth extracted but that has been our practice for as long as I can remember. Aside from the icy sensation, the bleeding stops sooner so we don't need to keep stuffing the gum with gauze.
So the hubby bought me this sweet, chocolatey cold treat by Nestle.
Meanwhile, the Lil Guy is curled up in the driver's seat, not minding my little photo shoot.😅

KitKat isn't one that I would go gaga over but it's good to have it once in a while. Yep, I ate the whole thing😁
The hubby was busy canvassing stuff at the hardware store and my Yongi didn't mind me at all. He wasn't in the mood for something cold early in the day. But when he noticed I was done, he climbed to my shoulder and made it his bed, lol!
We drove to find some more sunshine which I may share on another day. But here's a teaser😅

This recent pull was better. At least my face is not swollen, unlike in the past week, lol!

I been eating KitKat since I was a little kid 😂 but they are not healthy so I stopped since some years and went for other sweets

How many was done before? I just hope they don’t remove the most important ones used to eat
Two were removed last week, both for tearing food.😁
I hope the tooth extraction wasn't that painful, sorry you had to go through this weekly
This time, it wasn't. The gum is healing more quickly than it did last week.
