A Quick Meal

Drizzly Monday.
We are currently out of town and by the time this post goes out, we would be in the Lil Kingdom. It's been a while since our last visit and we thought we would check it out today, while we deliver some stuff.
Before that, Yongi checked in with the vet and was given antibiotics. He got another boil on his arsehole. Then he and his Dada went to my in-law's, while I dropped by the dentist clinic, which turned out to be closed for the day because her father passed away, so I ended up at my sister's workplace, and spent time playing with her fur baby, who is so sweet she cannot stop giving me kisses.
The hubby came to pick me up just before midday and we decided to have a quick lunch at the Balcony, which is just 3 kilometers away.
The LilGuy was composed and quiet while waiting, although he barked when some new customers came in, and when the lil girl approached to say Hi. Our boy isn't the most friendly, haha!
Anyway, the management of the cafe seems to have changed, but they kept the vibe the same. Most of the menus too.
We first thought of having their Clubhouse set, but the hubby eventually chose the rice meal and got us a plate of pork sisig (his favorite) and braised pork ribs.

And yes, a bowl of ramyun (he can't eat without soup). He's having sore throat so cold drinks are a no no for him.
Well, the LilGuy approves the veggies on the sides, lol! He ate them all, except the few slices of carrots. He just sniffed on the meat and didn't like them. My boy is more on vegetables, which is quite nice.
From this cafe, we drove a few more kilometers to reach the Lil Kingdom. It's quite nostalgic to be there again after we left last year. I hope my second cousin's son is taking good care of it on our behalf. We'll see when we get there.

That meat looks yummy!
Yeah. No visible boil yet, but it seems to be so. The vet suspects the hair follicle around his anus had something to do with it. Hope to have a more thorough check soon.

Haha. Ayaw nya ng meat na may soy sauce, unlike nung younger pa sya, kahit ano kinakain. Ngayon, medyo maselan na rin, mas gusto talaga ang gulay

Ribs and pork sisig together look like trouble for the stomach but LilGuy going for the veggies is kind of hilarious
They were okay :) The LilGuy loves veggies. His daily food needs to have them, or he wouldn't eat 😅

Such a busy but very real Monday. Between the vet visit, the closed dentist clinic, and ending up playing with another fur baby, the day really just flowed as it went. The LilGuy approving only the veggies made me laugh, he definitely has his own personality 😅
It was indeed. We were so tired when we arrived home in the evening. It sounds funny, even ridiculous, but yeah, our boy loves vegetables 😅
