It's Not a Job. It's an Adventure

It's Friday here and although it's a bit breezy, I like the fact that mister sun is shining brightly. I did miss the early warmth as I was glued to the Crypto Shitshow on X Space (and did something online afterward), but it was quite worth it.

Out of the various things that I have heard there (of Web 3, Leo, Hive, NFTs, ETFs among others), something really stuck with me that I even made it my post title. If you were on the show, you would have heard it too. But I'm repeating it here anyway.

"It's not a job, it's an adventure."

Those were Jongo's words and something I could associate with my Hive journey. It sums it up, kind of.

I suppose it is easily understood (the reasons are obvious) and it doesn't need further explanation. So I will just leave it as is. People can look at it any way they want.

September LPUD

And because today is LPUD, I did my part (in both accounts). My initial plan was to consolidate all Leo Power on this alt but since I am now mostly using the Leo UI in my daily Hive activities, I think it would be good to have a base Leo Power too for my main account (Maybe make her a 'Kitten' at least, based on the Lion's Discord role). So there, did the minimum amount. I stake LEO any day so that explains why I'm doing some small numbers on LPUD.



With that, my staked LEO is now at 22k (and 650 on the other). It looks like I have now just checked off my goal for the year. But of course, it won't stop there. The plan is to keep growing it.


Just like others who keep building their stacks, this is a continuing endeavor for me too. As TM said and I quote:

It helps with curation...and puts more $LEO in one's wallet. Why wouldn't people want that.src

It does make me wonder that while the majority of the $LEO is being staked, some people are still letting go of theirs as soon as the tokens hit their wallets. But that's a given, some look long-term and others simply want short-term gains.

What is LPUD?

If you are new and wondering about what LPUD is, it's an initiative in the Leo community where we participate by staking at least 50 LEO. But to qualify for the LPUD Badge by Hivebuzz, the minimum amount to stake is 150 LEO.

There are LPUD prizes (Leo Power Delegations) for participants. Winning one of them means being able to spread the token to more people (by upvoting Leo content) while earning curation rewards in the process. And that is a win-win.

I admire you so much and happy LPUP day to you, I'm still oblivious to how to do that, I guess until I have enough Leo tokens before I qualify.. I would soon join the train ma'am.

You have a very good amount of LEO tokens in your possession, I am just starting to accumulate LEO, I congratulate you for your participation in this initiative to turn on LEO, soon I will join too when I have enough.
