The Pain of Unnoticed Effort: A Reality Check on Hard Work

The efforts pays off when you're doing the right thing and there's a lot of things that matters in this scenario
Like if you're working for someone and putting a lot of efforts than those efforts will only pay off if that other person appreciates what you're doing but that's not the case always - right?
Efforts often Gets Neglected?
Most of the time we put efforts in wrong things or people like I've seen a lot of people doing 9 to 5 jobs and putting that effort every single day

Imagine putting all that efforts into someone's else business expecting you'd get paid more? Or you'll be promoted to high rank?
Yea, the biggest mistake people do is trying to be over smart and putting more efforts than it's required at 9 to 5
You ain't getting paid more for putting extra efforts but yea if you mess anything up while you're trying to put more efforts than you're the one who's gonna get all the blame
You're not Getting Neglected
It was never that your efforts got neglected but it was never needed and they don't care
Like everyone is assigned a job and tasks, doesn't need to put more efforts than that
If you do good for them, If you don't and meet your goal still good for them
But getting exhausted and making yourself tired chasing some promotion ain't gonna help cause that's entirely a wrong direction.
Last time when efforts paid off...
It's been so long I can't even clearly remember when was the last time my efforts clearly paid off and made a much difference or impact
I do put effort like hell I'll gave my all to something when I feel like this is an opportunity
But most of the time the disappointment in the end becomes quite heavy to carry and it just makes it difficult to put the same kind of effort in next endeavour.
I remember time when efforts used to pay off like back when I used to be active in sports and carry my team alone with efforts and outcomes used to be on my efforts
Same it was when I was playing those games and put efforts, won tournaments and even tried E-sports before.
The time when studying day and night for the exams paid off because I did put efforts and time
Oh, but the disappointment of putting efforts into wrong person or relationship, work is something that's heavy to carry so it's better to go on with the flow do as you want instead of thinking too much about things.
Wrapping Up...
The only best way to put efforts I see is by giving it all to yourself, you won't be disappointed when you're working on yourself and getting better with those efforts you put everyday
You can expect lots of disappointment when you put efforts into other things or person but not when you're doing it for yourself.
That's just my point of view and I guess you'll understand, though I'd love to know what's your thoughts on this. Do share in the comments.
