The Dark Side of Family Conflicts: Suing Your Own Blood

Nowadays people sue each other for every little reasons they find thinking they'll get more money from it despite of spending on the case. Everyone wants to milk and piece of cake from someone's else pocket

but there's also cases where child sue their parents, sometimes it's valid but most of the time it is absurd and parents win those cases easily.

Some of kids even lies about lot of things or just trying to be extra smart to win that case and I've seen some examples in my life.

The time when kid sued parents for not giving financial support

This one time a kid in school was like in 10th grade when he decided to leave parents home and when he did that, his parents didn't have any money like go kid live on your own

So he sued his own parents and also lied that they kicked him out of home, aren't paying any school fee's and other expenses at the age of 18.

But what happened in the end was that parents won anyway because they said kid didn't wanted to follow our rules, and leaving home was his wish not us.

Now there's a lot of examples like this where kids don't want to live on parents term, I get it these kids are soft and have their own life but as long as they're living with parents In their home it doesn't make sense to complain about those rules at any point.

But it also make sense to sue some parents

It's one of our right to express thoughts and in some parenting cases they force child to marry what they choose for us and some parents even make kids life decision and doesn't allow that kid to do anything on your own - oh you want to become content creator? Nah, you're going to become doctor and there's many cases like these

Where kids who are good at something don't pursue that because their parents want them to do something they've always wanted from a son.

Right to inherit parents wealth But

There's this one relative of mine who are like rich all because of one person hardwork - their whole generation is financially independent now

But when that one person passed away, drama started when it came to dividing wealth amongst step children and children from 1st wife.

Every single relative or person in family said to be fair and distribute amongst kid equally but it was on his second wife, separated from 1st one long ago but kids stayed with dad but now their step mother divided most of the wealth like real estate amongst her children and gave just a little percentage to the other one's like they're not his real blood and now they're going to sue which makes sense.

Both doesn't talk with each and says they've no relation with them anymore except getting what's their.

Wrapping Up...

In the end it is necessary to have these laws that makes kids safe not just from others but from parents too, abuse is everywhere, anyone can exploit and there are situations where you've to handle in the court.

But there's most cases where parents are innocent and kids are trying to take advantage of their innocence like in the first example.
